Thank you, PMA!! ❤️ We had such a wonderful time presenting the versatile Pilatesstick Pro and celebrating 25 incredible years of PMA at the evening gala! A heartfelt thank-you to the PMA Board and all the organizers for bringing together such an inspiring community and creating such a memorable celebration. To all of the honorees, thank you for sharing your wisdom, your stories, and your continued dedication to the Pilates community. It was truly inspiring to see practitioners from so many different lineages come together in one space to celebrate, support, and learn from one another. We left feeling grateful to have been part of such a special gathering and look forward to reconnecting with old friends, meeting more like-minded practitioners, and sharing our love of Pilates together again soon! Here’s to 25 amazing years and many more to come! ❤️ #PMA #PilatesMethodAlliance #PilatesCommunity #PilatesStickPro #ClassicalPilates PilatesTeachers PilatesEducation PilatesForEveryone CotronePilates

ABOUT LAST NIGHT..... Pilates is having a moment and 20 years ago when I fell in love with the system my teachers encouraged learning. I have studied with and admired many teachers amongst those that studied the method thoroughly...Being in the room for the Pilates Method Alliance's 25th ANNIVERSARY GALA, surrounded by the Legacy of Pilates was a privilege. The Legacy of Kathy, Ron, Lolita, Romana being honored and to hear Mary Bowen speak just PRICELESS! To be part of this legacy and having the privilege of carrying the method forward is an honor I whole heartedly cherish. #ultapilates #pilatesmethodalliance #pilateselders #balancedbody

At UWC, we built our model around that belief. Our practitioners integrate hands-on modalities, cupping therapy, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle support to address multiple systems at once and understand the full picture. ⁣ ⁣ To learn more about our whole-body integrative care for those who have served and their families, or to schedule a treatment, visit uprightwellnesscenter.org.
