There are moments in life where you realize how much one tool has changed the direction of your world. For me, Access Bars is one of those gifts. What started as curiosity became a doorway into something much greater… More peace with my mind. More space in my body. More allowance for life to show up in ways I never could have planned. Running Bars has this beautiful way of quieting the noise of the mind and inviting a different possibility. When the points on the head are gently touched, it’s like years of thoughts, judgments, and limitations begin to loosen their grip. And in that space… something else becomes available. Ease. Presence. Possibility. One of my favorite things about Bars Trades is the reminder that this work is not just about receiving a session. It’s about community, contribution, and creating together. People come together to gift and receive, to laugh, to connect, and to experience what happens when we allow our nervous systems to soften and our awareness to expand. Every time I leave a Bars Trade, I feel lighter, more inspired, and deeply grateful for this incredible community and these simple yet powerful tools. I’m so grateful for Access Bars. More ease. Dr. Terrie Hope and Dr. Jeffrey Fannin studied what happens in the brain during Access Bars® sessions, and the results were fascinating. Participants entered deep delta brainwave states—around one hertz—while remaining fully awake. Delta is the same brainwave pattern normally experienced during deep sleep, the phase where the body restores and regenerates. This means many people experience the restorative benefits of deep sleep while still conscious during an Access Bars® session. The research also showed increased brainwave coherence in a large percentage of participants. When brainwave coherence increases, different areas of the brain begin communicating more efficiently. People often report improvements in focus, clarity, creativity, memory, and mental ease. Access Bars® sessions are deeply relaxing, and the research suggests something else may also be occurring: the brain shifting into a more coherent and restorative state. ✨ Here we are… a brand new year. ✨ And before we rush into creating 2026, I want to pause for a moment and acknowledge everything that showed up in 2025. To every body that received. To every Being who gifted sessions. To every moment of stillness, laughter, tears, breakthroughs, and quiet peace that Access Bars and the body processes created last year… Thank you. Thank you for choosing something different. Thank you for asking questions instead of staying stuck. Thank you for being willing to receive more ease in a world that often celebrates overwhelm. Thank you for choosing your body when it would have been easier to override it. Thank you for letting go of points of view, stories, and limitations that were never truly you. 2025 wasn’t just a year. It was a playground of possibilities. It was a year of connection — with bodies, with energy, with consciousness, with each other. It was a year where so many of you chose greater, even when it felt uncomfortable, unfamiliar, or vulnerable. And to all the Beings who played with us — seen and unseen — thank you for the magic, the whispers, the nudges, the miracles that can’t be explained… only experienced. Gratitude doesn’t even begin to cover it 🤍✨ This past week in Houston, I had the privilege of attending the Advanced Body Class—a space where bodies soften, awareness deepens, and possibilities quietly rearrange themselves in ways words can barely capture. And then… to end it all at the annual Christmas party at Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer’s beautiful home—surrounded by laughter, ease, presence, and so many incredible beings—felt like one of those moments where time slows down and your heart just says thank you over and over again. How did we get so lucky? Lucky to learn tools that honor the body as a conscious, intelligent being. Lucky to be in spaces where judgment melts and choice becomes lighter. Lucky to witness what’s possible when kindness, curiosity, and allowance lead the way.
