Is there any better way to celebrate the completion of 1 year in this country and this city? Completed half marathon in 2 hours and 57 minutes. Thank you Newcastle, I’ve learned a lot from you and grown with you!

6 months ago, #GNR was the destination, now it’s just the first step of ladder.

As an asthmatic patient who never participated in school sports, a girl who couldn’t run 1 km until 6months ago, if I can do, you can too!
Buzzing atmosphere with live bands and supporters but tricky navigating the crowd! (60,000 runnners)

Thanks to @couch_5k and @brooksrunning , you were of great help too 💜

Every trip leaves me with something.

Some heal through the places I see.
Some through the experiences I collect.
And some through the people I share them with - Porto was one of those trips.

A reminder that sometimes the right company can mend parts of you that even the most beautiful views cannot. So thank you for being there for me @jenniferowens96 @peterwhawkins @tbackhouse1601

Obsessed with the lyrics:

Jugni rukh pittal da hoi
Jugni has become like a brass tree,
(Brass/rukh pittal is a metaphor — strong, radiant, uncommon.)
Jis nu pooje ta har koi,
That everyone worships if they see,
(People are drawn to her — she’s admired or revered.)
Jisdi fasal kisi na boyi,
Yet no one has ever planted her seeds,
(No one created or contained her; she’s self-born or free.)
Ghar vi rakh sake na koi…
And no one can keep her at home,
(She can’t be tied down or possessed.)

Rasta naap rahi marjaani,
She’s measuring out roads heedlessly,
(She wanders fearlessly through life.)
Patthi baarish da hai paani,
She’s like rainwater falling on earth,
(Pure, refreshing, flowing freely.)
Jab nazdeek jahaan de aani,
When she comes close to everyday life,
(When her free spirit meets the world…)
Jugni maili si ho jaani
She gets a bit dirty/tainted,
(Her innocence gets marked by life’s realities.)

Weekend Roaming in Rome (Jan’25 edition - never posting real time because Nazar)

Ms. Trevi, quick update please — those three coins I threw?
Swimming, sinking, or scammed?
Because Mr. Romeo clearly missed the memo 🥲

Weekend get away- 24 hours in Tenerife, zero sleep, too many memories 🍹🌴 Bachelorette chaos: activated. (Throwback to @chanchala_13 ‘s Bachelorette )😋

Life is like a canvas and every experience adds a unique hue to it. Just as two strokes of the same color blend into a new shade, the same experience, revisited, can never be identical—its essence shifts with time, company and situation. It’s all about seeing it from a fresh perspective.
