Real time capture of Annie sharing an idea, Tessa trying to be sure she gets it, Annie dreaming bigger, Tessa getting all the way on board.

What a dream to build a writing community with a friend and writer you love so much. ❤️

Community and support have been at the base of The Accountability Workshops from the beginning. And from there, so many real and beautiful friendships have been born. What a thing!

Hope your writing friendships feel especially sweet today. by @accountabilityworkshops

Today’s writing meditation comes from September’s speaker, National Book Award finalist Hanna Pylväinen. She’ll be with us this Thursday at noon, via zoom, for an hour of informal conversation and questions. Each month we bring in a different author or agent, publicist, editor, or someone else in the book world. It’s great fun.

What I love about Hanna’s quote is the acknowledgment both that she’s happiest when writing, and that writing is just part of the wide mix of being a person in the world, one among many important parts. And that she wouldn’t want it any other way. by @accountabilityworkshops

From now until Labor Day, try the Accountability Workshops for half off.

See if support, community, deadlines, monthly speakers, writing contracts, group writing sessions and a joyful community are right for you. They might not be. Some people hate joy.

But probably not you. You seem like a smiler.

Use code: HALFASS until Sept 8 for 50% off your first month. You don’t have to stay after that, but you’ll probably want to. by @accountabilityworkshops
