Welcome to Remick Family Hall, Remick Commons, Visitation Hall, and Carole Sandner Hall - home of the Institute for Educational Initiatives. You can learn more about @aceteachingfellows @remickleadership and the @ess_notredame major and minor here (in addition to grabbing a free coffee with a mug from home).

You’ve got to get up early if you’re going to change the world. ☘️

Notre Dame’s ACE Teaching Fellows are up with the sun (see slide 2: the Golden Dome before sunrise) on their first day in front of students, but they’re always in good company.

More than 90 graduate students (ACE 33) at the start of their two-year program are cheered out and into local classrooms for the start of student teaching! Members of the class one year ahead of them (ACE 32) joyfully decorated and celebrated this first of many classroom days ahead. 🍎

ACE Teaching Fellows earn a tuition-free master’s degree from the University while teaching in Catholic schools across the country during the academic year. ACE summers, though, are all Irish.
