Welcome to Be Ü Collective — our sacred virtual space for movement, mindfulness, and community. A space to return to your body, remember who you are, and to rise into your fullest expression.

We created this because we know how lonely and challenging the journey of coming home to yourself can feel, and believe no one should have to navigate their healing alone.

In this community you’ll find connection, authenticity, and embodied practices that remind us how powerful we are when we come together.

That’s what this community is about — gathering in authenticity, sharing practices that open the heart, and creating space to feel, heal, be seen and heard, and grow side by side.

Here you’ll find guided movement, meditation, breathwork, sound, and real conversations that remind you that you’re not alone. This isn’t just about practices — it’s about belonging, rising together, and coming back to all of Ü.

There was a time in my life where I didn’t even recognize the woman looking back at me.

I was moving fast, performing, people-pleasing… and so disconnected from my body, my truth, and my deeper purpose.

The journey back home to myself definitely hasn’t been linear.

It asked me to slow down.
To feel.
To unravel old patterns and wounds.
To choose healing over comfort.
To trust the quiet inner voice guiding me somewhere unknown.

These photos mark more than just my first professional headshots…They represent a version of me that I fought so hard to return to and become.

Grounded. Present. Aligned. Authentic.

I’m deeply proud of the path that led me here…and even more proud of what my partner @jessicamonnig and I have created together with @beu_collective .

What started as our own personal healing journeys has evolved into something so much bigger than us…A space for people to reconnect, come home to themselves, and remember who they truly are.

This is just the beginning.

And I’m so excited for the mission we’re on…to create experiences, community, and transformation that actually help people FEEL again.

I think about how much of life we miss when we’re so caught up in what other people think of us.

The joy we hold back. The parts of ourselves we hide. The moments we miss because we’re afraid of looking silly or being too much.

The older I get, the more I just want to feel it all.
Be a little weird.
Take up space.
Love loudly.
Dance like no one’s watching.
And enjoy this one beautiful life while we’re here.

A little life lately. 🤍

Another trip around the sun and just feeling really grateful for this life of mine.

For the people I get to do life with, the places life has taken me, the memories made, and all the little moments in between.

With every year that passes, I find myself appreciating the little things more and more. Not because life is always perfect or easy, but because there’s so much beauty in simply getting to experience it all.

I got into jump roping a few years ago and got slightlyyy obsessed 😂

Somewhere along the way it became less of a workout and more of just playing, dancing + getting lost in the music.

Still one of my favorite ways to get out of my head and just move. 🙏🏼
