We’ve always known how good it feels to dance. But the more we learn about what’s actually happening in our bodies and brains when we move, the more it makes sense.

The music, the movement, being outside, connecting with people you may have never met before… it all matters.

And honestly, that’s a big part of why we created BeÜ.

To create spaces where people can get out of their heads, into their bodies, let their guard down, and just enjoy being human together.

This time, we’re trading bare feet for wheels and bringing the music, movement + good energy to the Blacktop in Newport.

Because somewhere along the way, a lot of us forgot how good it feels to just play. No agenda. No pressure. Just music, movement, community and a reason to get outside and have some fun together.

Last night was one of those nights. 🥹

A beach basically all to ourselves. A little warm rain. Music in our ears. And so much space to take up.

But what made it so special was the people who showed up ready to let go, move, dance, and actually connect.

Watching this community grow has been incredible… not just in numbers, but in the depth of the connections being made. When the headphones come off at the end of the night and everyone comes back together, that’s the special sauce.

Yes, it’s about the music. Yes, it’s about the movement. But what brings it all together is each other.

The perfect ending to our summer Sand Floor series with @humanedesignglobal . 🤍

And now we keep going… every Sunday in Laguna Beach for Local Summer.
