Exactly 6 months post opp. My road to 10 Stalder presses is getting a bit shorter. 😆 A month ago I was barely doing one. Now I can do 2 consistently, but don’t have the stamina for a third …YET. Almost 5 months to the day, I was able to do a stalder press again. It was a struggle and definitely not pretty, but I made it. Still have a lot of work to do to clean it up. I really appreciate everyone who supported me during my recovery. The check-in’s, every, “How is the shoulder?”, and the comments on my progress. They all meant so much and kept me motivated to keep working through the pain.
