Love our crew!🎪 This community is what makes the chalk, the bruises, and the wobbly first tries so worth it. Grateful for every human who shows up and lifts each other higher (literally). 🤸‍♀️✨

The most consistent feedback I get from flyers is they can't get their feet in a comfortable position on my shoulders.
This has been attributed to the need for bent knees, the inability to push the heels together and lock the head.
And every time the only thing we can come up with is my traps. And I just don’t think they’re that big but I’ve never stood on my own shoulders. 🥺😭
Anyways, here’s two homies scaling up me like a rock wall DESPITE my awful Quasimodo trap deformity.

every so often, the stars align, and you get a training session like yesterday. Eager bases, ambitious flyers, everybody’s got just a little bit of "I need to do everything that everyone else is doing". FOMO becomes inspiration

Half of these skills, I’ve never done !
What a stupid wonderful kick ass training session 🥰

1. Bicep pop h2h
2. Calf pop h2h
3. Calf pop to #Titibasana to H2H
4. Toe pitch to #ReverseF2H #BigBird down
5. #TossHands

My body is wrecked - my heart is happy 🥰
