If you’re new here, welcome.
If you’ve been here a while and still aren’t sure what I do or how I can help — this is for you, too. ⬇️

I didn’t grow up with wellness.
I didn’t wake up one day and love working out.
And I definitely didn’t build healthy habits overnight.

I learned through years of trial, error, frustration, and tiny pivots that built something real. I stuck with it — and now I help other women do the same.
Not with diets.
Not with shame.
Not with some “one thing that changed everything” sales pitch 🙄.

But with tools, accountability, and coaching that meets you where you are — then walks along with you as you grow…

This post shares a bit of my story and what you can expect when you work with me….
If you’ve ever wondered if change is really possible for you, I hope you’ll read it 💕

And if something in you says, “This is what I’ve been needing…” — trust that nudge.
Because you’re not behind.
You’re just getting started.

Ready to explore what this could look like for you?
Message me the word “READY” and I’ll walk you through it — no pressure, no perfect required. taken in Allentown, Pennsylvania by @acsteele

Tonight was the night.

In a room full of powerhouse women doing meaningful work in their communities and careers, I was humbled and honored to be recognized as one of this year’s Women of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business.

When the email first came back in March, I was in the thick of a hard week—juggling a parent in the hospital, a sick kid home from daycare, and a demanding workload. It arrived like a divine reminder in the chaos: keep going… this work matters.

Tonight, standing among 30+ remarkable women, it hit me just how deeply connected I am to my purpose. At times, I feel like I’m just surviving—but this experience brought me back to my why: to equip others with the tools to live empowered, healthy, and meaningful lives.

From bonding over being a “one and done” mom, to hearing the moving stories of the other honorees, I left feeling proud, rejuvenated, and on fire with motivation to keep showing up and serve.

Huge thanks to @theoneglennard for being by my side tonight, to my sister @e_.steele for always encouraging me (especially when imposter syndrome kicks in), to @rae8709 and @jennabcoach87 for their powerful letters of support, and to Grammy for loving Wesley while I got to take this all in.

To the teenage version of me—this would feel unimaginable.
To any woman wondering if she’s enough, capable, or worthy—Yes. You absolutely CAN.

xo,
Amanda

Every year, October reminds me how easy it is to lose sight of yourself when life gets busy…

In our house it quickly goes from a week of birthday celebrations, to two weeks of Halloween parades, and a month packed with things I WANT to do, that sometimes come at the expense of the boundaries I KNOW I need.

Before I know it, I’m exhausted, resentful, and wondering how I let so much pile up.

It’s a pattern I see happen every year - We start January with big goals and so much motivation. Then life happens, routines change, we get tired…and by October, the things we said were important to us slowly slide to the bottom of the list.

I’ve watched this happen for over a decade as a coach. I’ve experienced it myself, too.

It’s actually WHY I created my accountability cohort… because I knew *I* needed the safety net of bi-monthly check-ins and a support group.

Our call last night reminded me that losing momentum doesn’t mean we’ve lost our chance. What an honor it is that in encouraging these women to reconnect with their goals, I’m also reminding myself to do the same.

What needs realignment?
Where am I overcommitting?
What do I want the rest of this year to look like?
What *is* in my control (instead of what’s not)?

Maybe you need to ask yourself those questions, too.

….what if you started again right now?

One walk. One workout. One meal that makes you feel good. One boundary you finally honor. One deposit into the savings. One item decluttered from the house. One small promise to yourself that you actually keep.

Those little things add up…. And they’re powerful, because with each one we rebuild the trust inside us that says “we can still do this.”

It’s as simple as deciding that your goals still matter enough to take one small step toward them today.

So — What’s ONE thing you want to do differently between now and the end of the year?

We get to prove that even when we lose momentum, we can find our way back. Let’s go ❤️‍🔥 taken in Allentown, Pennsylvania by @acsteele

Went out for “my birthday” with Glenn and Wesley to @lamayarestaurant tonight.

Seeing this child try and love the food was so special and adorable….

He enjoyed the tortilla soup and tres leches cake.

It’s so nice to be able to raise a kid to try foods like this while he’s little because I didn’t have experiences like that when I was his age.

What a nice beginning of “birthday weekend”… 🥰 by @acsteele

Back In 2020, after a hard day at work, I came home to an unexpected birthday surprise: the sweetest decorated porch, and a basket full of peanut butter and chocolate, beer, and kombucha.

As I drove to pick up Wesley yesterday, I thought about that birthday and how much I loved that surprise.

It’s been 6 years, and a lot of change for us since.

I came home to a similarly decorated porch…
Only this time I got to take the picture with the kid who stole my birthday.

Feeling grateful and loved.

Thank you @theoneglennard for taking the time to do this (twice). 💚 taken in Allentown, Pennsylvania by @acsteele

Hard to believe that we will both be a year older before this week ends!! He is so excited for his birthday (and his party next weekend) this year and I just adore that. This is such a fun age for kids 🥰

As for me — I peeled back the layers of what it’s like to have a child with your same birthday last week in my stories.

Everyone always thinks it’s the coolest thing when we tell them we were both born on the same day — just 34 years apart.

And I agree, I am so lucky to get the opportunity to share this day with him, experience milestones in a special way together, and reflect on our growth of over the last year.

Two things can be true at once, and sharing this birthday is also very hard for me as a mom. I can get so focused on him, planning for and celebrating him, that I forget about myself.

Regardless… 39 and 5 are right around the corner.

Trying to soak in every last moment as we look forward to celebrations next weekend 🎉✨ by @acsteele

Spend time with the people who matter.
Take the rest your body needs.
Don’t skip traditions that mean something to you.
Actually enjoy the foods and drinks of the season if you want them.

And at the same time, stay accountable to yourself and the promises you’ve made.

You don’t have to say “fuck it” just because you’re out, and you don’t have to restrict yourself just because you have goals.

The middle ground is exactly where I want to help all my clients to learn to live. 💚 taken in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania by @acsteele

The first picture was taken the first time I ever invested real money into my health and a transformation. I only joined because I wanted my arms to look good in my wedding dress six months later. I expected to quit after that.

But something accidentally happened…I got hooked. I finally learned to love fitness, I loved the community, and I loved helping others feel good.

So I kept going…

Through working out in our apartment living room, moving during a pandemic and world lock down, buying a house, getting pregnant, giving birth, having a newborn and infant, all the way to having an almost 5 year old and 7 days away from being 39.

I am proud of every version.
2015 - she started it ALL by saying yes and doing it scared
2021 - she did it through pregnancy. Yes, all the way until the day she had labor induced!
2022 - she did it during the hardest year of her life with a newborn / infant.
To now in 2026 - the one who stayed the course for 11 years without giving up no matter how many curveballs were thrown or how hard it got!

I couldn’t become this version of me without ANY of those who went before.

When was the last time you stopped to consider how one decision could reshape your entire future?

What might happen if you decided to go for it?

This is your friendly nudge to find out.

Rooting for you!
