Congrats to Ollygarden on their $4M seed financing and the launch of Minimum Viable Instrumentation (MVI), now available inside Rose, their open telemetry AI instrumentation agent. Founder and CEO Juraci Paixão Kröhling created the platform to help fix bad telemetry to give observability engineers can rely on by continually evaluating telemetry quality, identifying issues and turning findings into source-level fixes. In the past year since launch, Ollygarden has helped companies identify volume reduction opportunities across up to 85% of their logs. Congrats to Silicon Quantum Computing CEO Dr Michelle Simmons on her awesome interview w theCUBE + NYSE Wired’s Jemma Allen last week. Amanda Terry was excited to join you & Matthew Bradley and catch up at the NYSE! In the interview (link in bio), Simmons explains how the company builds processors atom by atom, at a scale 100 times smaller than foundries like TSMC, a precision that improves qubit quality. Its first product, released last year, cuts AI training times from weeks to days by offloading power-hungry workloads from GPUs to quantum processors. Early customer wins include telecom network prediction and high-frequency trading, and Simmons frames quantum as a near-term augmentation to classical AI rather than a replacement. Simmons also highlights the company’s manufacturing edge: it builds chips weekly at a fraction of typical foundry costs and turnaround times. She maps its roadmap against classical computing’s history, from single-atom transistors in 2012 to error-corrected processors expected within the next few years. She details deep U.S. ties, including 26 years of Defense Department funding, participation in DARPA’s QBI program, and leaders drawn from Arm, Cadence and GlobalFoundries. A full-stack approach covering chips, control systems and software lets the company iterate quickly with customers. AI agents are becoming increasingly autonomous, but there’s a fundamental infrastructure gap: how do we verify exactly what an agent did? The recent Hugging Face incident highlighted the problem. Agents conducting authorized security research reportedly moved beyond vulnerability scanning and accessed production infrastructure. The challenge wasn’t simply what the agents were authorized to do, but the lack of a verifiable record of exactly what happened once they were inside. That’s the problem Salmon is tackling. Created by the team at Archipelo, Salmon is building Execution Verification Infrastructure (EVI): a cryptographic layer that records agent actions and state changes, creating independently verifiable evidence of execution. It’s model-agnostic, harness-compatible, and designed to sit alongside the agent runtime rather than depend on it. While the CLARITY Act didn’t pass, the SEC and CFTC are stepping up to provide greater regulatory clarity and support innovation in digital assets.
