Football is truly a game of inches. Sometimes the play doesn’t go your way. Just barely tipped - enough to throw off the trajectory of the ball - incomplete pass. But I promise you, I love every single second of the battle. Grateful for the game of football and blessed beyond measure to play this game alongside my brothers at Saint Andrews School.

I learned a lot this week playing against Chaminade Madonna - one of the best Teams in the country. Being in 8th grade and having the opportunity to play against this type of talent is a blessing.

The outcome wasn’t what we wanted but it was a great experience. Time to double down and work harder. 1% better every day. 🏈🏈🏈 taken in Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory by @actionimagesmedia

🏐 More Than Volleyball. A Weekend of Legacy, Passion & Mindset.

What happens when 25 years of professional volleyball experience step onto the court with the next generation?

Something special. ❤️🏐

This weekend, SoFlo Volleyball Academy had the privilege of welcoming Gustavo Bonatto, a world-class Brazilian volleyball player and one of the game’s outstanding blockers, for an unforgettable volleyball clinic in South Florida.

But this clinic was about much more than technique.

It was about mindset. Discipline. Passion. Experience. Family.

Watching Gustavo share the knowledge collected throughout an extraordinary professional career with these young athletes was beautiful. Every drill, every conversation, every correction, every smile carried a lesson that goes beyond the volleyball court.

And that is what made this weekend so meaningful.

SoFlo Volleyball Academy is more than a place where athletes come to train. It is a family. A community where coaches, parents, players, and friends come together because they believe in the development of the next generation not only as athletes, but as people.

I feel incredibly blessed to have been there to document these moments and tell this story through my images. 📸🎥

Years from now, these young athletes may not remember every drill from this weekend but they may remember the words, the feeling, the inspiration, and the moment they shared a court with someone who dedicated a lifetime to this beautiful sport.

This is volleyball.
This is family.
This is legacy.
And this is only the beginning. 🏐❤️

Thank you, @gustavao08
Thank you, @soflovb
And thank you to every athlete and family who made this weekend unforgettable.

🏐 PRO VOLLEYBALL CLINIC RECAP 🇧🇷 @gustavao08

An incredible weekend of learning, competing, and getting better with professional volleyball player Gustavo Bonatto! 🔥

Our athletes had the opportunity to train at a high level, learn from Gustavo’s professional experience, and be challenged both technically and mentally on the court.

A huge thank you to Gustavo for sharing his knowledge, energy, and passion for the game with our athletes. We’re grateful for the opportunity to bring experiences like this to the SoFLO community! 💙💛
