Do you love action sports, enjoy organizing projects, and want to be part of some of the industry’s most exciting events?

We’re looking for a Working Student or Part-Time Event Management Assistant (m/f/d) (15–20 hrs/week) to join the team at munchie Konsilium GmbH in Munich.

You’ll work on projects including:
🏂 SHOPS 1st TRY – the world’s largest B2B snowboard event
🎉 RideON – Shredfest – our new public to all snowboard festival in the Zillertal
🚴 Plus other exciting action sports projects across Europe.

What you’ll do:
✅ Support the planning and execution of international events
✅ Coordinate snowboard shops, media, hotels and registrations
✅ Help manage sponsors and partners
✅ Be part of the on-site event team and make things happen

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Is passionate about action sports (snowboarding is a big plus)
✔️ Works in a structured, proactive and reliable way
✔️ Speaks German and has good English skills
✔️ Wants to take ownership and grow within a small, motivated team
