Meet Taylor! 🤍 We’re so excited to shine a little spotlight on one of our amazing Activate members.

💭 How did you find Activate Lagree Fitness?
My friend is a Lagree instructor in San Diego, and seeing her love for it inspired me to try! I found Activate as the closest studio to me and fell in love after my first class. The studio is beautiful, and the instructors instantly made me feel at home! 🤍

🔥 What’s your favorite Lagree move?
Reverse Wheelbarrow! I love a good core move, and this one gets my heart rate up and has me sweating fast! 😂🔥

Coming back from my very first Lagree Summit feeling incredibly grateful, inspired, and reassured that I’m part of such a loving and supportive community. 🤍

As a new studio owner, stepping into an entirely new industry and navigating the challenges of building a business from the ground up has been an overwhelming yet rewarding journey. This weekend reminded me that I’m not alone in this adventure.

Getting to know so many amazing people, connecting with fellow studio owners, and listening to such inspiring speakers has made me even more grateful and honored to be part of this growing community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for transforming lives through the Lagree Method.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who worked countless hours to bring this incredible weekend to life! Your hard work, dedication, and love for this community were evident in every single detail.
