I went on a trip to New Mexico for a long weekend and hiked the Las Conchas trail in Jemez Springs! The scenery on the trail was beautiful with plenty of trees, bridges, rivers, rocks, and mountains. My friends and I hiked around 4 miles there and back! The perfect trail in New Mexico for a scenic hike⛰️🥾🌲 taken in Las Conchas Trailhead, East forks by @active_with_alexandra

Highly recommend taking a Pilates Sculpt class in the Hamptons with the most gorgeous view.🧘‍♀️🏝️ We sculpted by the water and had spritzes after an amazing workout by @therealjudyblueeyes! So much fun!!💖💖 taken in West Hampton, NY by @active_with_alexandra

I am officially Pilates Sculpt certified!!🥳

Thank you so much @its.sam.harris @herehotyoga and @gabriellerossmusic for making this certification program such an amazing experience! I learned so much about Pilates, but also how to make a workout an experience and light up a room with strong presence. Learning how to build my own workouts and teach them in front of a crowd challenged me in the best way!

I am so grateful for this incredible studio and community of people I met through this program. I can’t wait to see where everyone ends up teaching and take all your classes! I’m so excited to see where this certification takes me☺️💕 by @active_with_alexandra

I had so much fun teaching my friends a Pilates Sculpt class on the beach with a beautiful sunset! We did a full body workout using the Pilates ring and light weights, while vibing out to beach themed music.🌅🧘‍♀️ taken in Robert Moses State Park by @active_with_alexandra

Hi! I’m Alexandra and I am a newly certified Pilates Sculpt Instructor. I decided to make this account to post fun fitness and wellness content! Working out has always been a huge passion of mine coming from a gymnastics background. The best part of my day is anything that involves movement whether that’s going to the gym, taking a walk outside, or trying different workout classes. I especially love taking Pilates classes, so I stepped out of my comfort zone and got certified to teach! I can’t wait to start teaching Pilates classes soon and posting content on here.🤭💕🤸🏽‍♀️ by @active_with_alexandra
