Group fitness instructors—what’s your biggest fear in class? I’ll go first… 👀 Forgetting an exercise on the opposite side. 😭 LEGIT my biggest fear. And after taking a few classes recently where the other side got skipped, it reminded me—we’re all human! Also up there: a trash playlist, spending hours on a workout that doesn’t hit in class, or trying something on the fly that was way cooler in my head. 😂 No instructor is perfect, but you can always tell who truly cares by the effort they put in and how you feel when you leave their class. ❤️‍🔥 Okay instructors, your turn… what’s yours? 👀 And tag your instructor friends!! #PoweredBySBW #GroupFitness #InstructorLife #FitnessInstructor #GroupFitnessInstructor

Why do you show up HERE? ✨ Everyone shows up for different reasons but, we are all HERE together on purpose! For the movement. For the music. For the instructors who believe in you + remind you just how strong you are. But most of all, for the community that welcomes you exactly as you are while empowering you to become the very best version of yourself. 💛 Everyone has their own reason for showing up, but together, we’ve created something so much bigger than a workout. This is your place to move, grow, connect + truly belong. This is HERE. 🥹✨
