Pause. Breathe. Reflect. Transform.

A powerful moment of stillness during today’s ACDP training.

Through meditation, we learn to calm the mind, become more aware of ourselves and develop the inner strength needed to make positive choices in life.

A calm mind. A stronger self. A better community.

Join us from 9am - 12:30am, every Monday to Friday at Filipino Association of Papua New Guinea in Gordons, next to water PNG.

Free trainings offered include: Yoga, Dance, Kung Fu, Kickboxing & Acrobatics.

Open to participants 12 years and above. by @activecitypom
