This morning myself and a team of 21 staff members of Alibi Bar & Grill participated in the PinkTober Run hosted by Active City and the French Embassy of Papua New Guinea. All proceeds raised from the event will be donated to the Friends of PomGen as they work towards supporting Port Moresby General Hospital in improving their Cancer Facilities.

Cancer continues to be a leading cause of death in Papua New Guinea and initiatives such as this allow us to support Port Moresby General Hospital and other service providers.

I thank my team for showing up bright and early as we did our best to complete the 7km route. I extend my most sincere word of thanks to my sponsor Alibi Bar and Grill for continuing their efforts to support initiatives I am passionate about such as the Friends of PomGen.

Have a blessed day olgeta!

Happy International Day of Yoga from Papua New Guinea. It was a beautiful day with early morning walks, yoga dance performance choreographed by yours truly😊, a beautiful yoga and pranayama practice lead by @adinoezra and uplifting testimonials from students and others on how yoga has supported them positively.

Big thanks to everyone who supported.
