💜 Today is World Mental Health Day 💜

Your mental health matters, today and every day. Whether you’re navigating a difficult time, supporting a friend, or simply checking in with yourself, remember that you don’t have to go through it alone. 🫶

Swipe through for helpful resources and information, including where to turn if you or someone you know is in crisis. Remember, reaching out is a sign of strength, and support is always available. 💭

Let’s continue to break the stigma, check in on one another, and make mental health a priority. 💜
