We’ve partnered with Active Minds Western to bring to you Party Wise 🎉 Join us on March 10th, 2025 from 11am to 3pm in the UCC Atrium to learn more about safe consumption!

Enjoy mocktail taste testings and win merch and cool prizes! 🙌

Seeking out help for alcohol and drug use should be easy, so we’re here to provide support and resources for our students. We want to ensure that our community feels safe enough to reach out, get help and learn more about safe consumption! 💜

We want you to be a part of the conversation on campus! Fill out the survey in-person at our event for a chance to win an Apple Watch 🔗

Relationships (however you may define them) can be complex and different for everyone.

Good2Talk’s relationship affirmations can help you reflect on how you’re feeling about your connections. They can also help support you in recognizing areas of a relationship you may want to strengthen and even signs that a relationship may be toxic/unsafe for you.

If you’d like to talk about how a relationship in your life is going, you can reach out to one of our professional counsellors or volunteer crisis responders 24/7. We’re Good2Talk whenever you need us!
