Happy 4 years, GoSGV! 🎉🚲

Four years ago, ActiveSGV and @sgvcog launched the region’s first e-bike share subscription program to make clean, fun, and affordable transportation available to more people across the San Gabriel Valley.

Since then, more than 1,200 GoSGV members have enrolled and received an e-bike, riding a combined 92,123 miles! Along the way, the program has grown to include 28 ambassadors, 5 partner bike shops, and 11 city partners working together to expand access to e-bikes across the region.

Thank you to every rider, ambassador, partner, and supporter who has been part of the journey. Here’s to more rides, cleaner air, and healthier, more connected communities!

Last Saturday, we hosted the SGV Clean Air & Water Fair at the Jeff Seymour Family Center in El Monte! 🌱💧

We loved seeing the campus full of activity as community members came together to learn, connect, and explore ways to create a healthier, greener San Gabriel Valley.

From our e-cargo bike demos and Crop Swap to Pumpkinfest, community resources, and a staff panel on sustainable transportation, green infrastructure, and food access, there was something for everyone to enjoy!

The Emerald Necklace Mobility Hub Grand Opening event and community bike ride at Santa Fe Dam on Saturday, Oct. 17, is POSTPONED. Thank you to everyone who registered! We can’t wait to celebrate with you, and we’ll share updates soon.

In the meantime, the Santa Fe Dam mobility hub is open this weekend! Stop by for a free 90-minute e-bike rental and explore the San Gabriel River Trail. RSVP ahead for free parking!

What a beautiful Sunday 🌧️🫶🏻 Not only did we get some much-needed rain, but we also got to spend the morning in community together. ❤️

A big thank you to @lopezurbanfarm and volunteers for putting together this morning’s CSA boxes and helping with the distribution. Each box was prepared with so much care and love, and today’s crops were beautiful and hearty! 🍆🥬🫛 and to our wonderful driving volunteers—thank you for coming out in the rain.

We’re so grateful to our weekly donors for their continued generosity ☺️ Without you, we wouldn’t be able to keep this going, and our community is so thankful for your support.

Thank you to @hopeesperanzapantry for your weekly prepared food donations to our fridge ❤️ And a special thank you to our wonderful volunteer Manny for always picking up the food and delivering it to our fridge. We appreciate you!

We also had specials guests join us today! @activesgv held a Crop Swap! They had veggies and other wonderful resources to share with out community! Thank you for coming out 🫶🏻
