A morning of pure connection, energy, and soul ✨We were honored to host the first @elementsmadrid event in Miami ❤️🥰Bringing an unforgettable wellness experience, we began the day flowing through a Hot Pilates class led by @luzmendez followed by a grounding meditation with @chelciemay 🧘🏻‍♀️Then came the ultimate glow moment — LED mask sessions by @projectebeauty and Journaling & Connection Workshop guided by @palmaagustina , helping us realign body, mind & soul.And of course… the most delicious brunch by @soulfresh.miami and dreamy mocktails crafted by @seraandmattina and our @activesoulwellness café team 🥥✨Surrounded by stunning florals from @soulxbloom and dressed in the cutest fits from @winfitnesswear.usa , it was the perfect Miami morning.Special thanks to @nuchocolates, @eatjacob, and @almond.delight for keeping us fueled, and to @intelligentchange, @cymbiotika, @thegoodpatch, and @bio.me for filling our goodie bags with wellness must-haves 🤍We even had the sleek new electric @kiausa join the fun ⚡️ — a perfect match for a day all about energy and flow.Special thank you to @luzmendez for trusting us & all your hard work.
