The hardest thing about recovering from burn out…

is realizing the show must still go on.

I spent the last year resting and having fun, meaning sacrificing my health just a little bit more than I should have.

Im ready to participate in life again,😩 but that also comes with remembering how to do things that my resting self isn’t used to.

Literally in the process of reprogramming my brain and body —remembering the rest, but still needing to move forward.

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽But in the span of just 10 minutes I not only am one mile in, but I also was able to post this video that I was I avoiding posting!

Look at what happens when we show up, even when we’ve already convinced ourselves that we don’t feel like it.

What’s on your list?! 👇🏾

Day 8 of getting 1% better is about becoming more aware of the progress.

Our reality becomes what we claim to be true for ourselves. So much of what held me back from my next phase was what I identified with.

It’s still a work in progress 😩 but at least I can say my awareness is changing my perception about what’s possible—in the big achievements and small daily actions 💪🏽
