Why do I 📍 @ChooseMacon?

There are TONS of reasons, but my list starts with the 🎬 @maconfilmfestival an annual film festival that happens every year right in the heart of Central Georgia!

And while you’re in Macon, make sure you add these spots to your itinerary!

✨ Hotel: @HotelFortyFive
✨ Coffee: @sweeteleanors
✨ Lunch: @fall_line_brewing
✨ Festival: @MaconFilmFestival
✨ Theaters: @douglasstheater and @theatremacon

Follow me this year as I share 40 reasons why I @ChooseMacon, and why you should too!

I think I'm getting sentimental...August will be the 2nd year of my mom's passing.
The 3 tired tray (although Xmas) was one of my mom's favorite things to serve her Andy's candy on for the holidays

Then, that pink phone. Whenever she got mad because I was on the phone...she would UNPLUG 😂 the phone, put tape around it and put it on her dresser.
The joke was on her, when she went to work, I would untaped that phone and talk, talk, talk until the clock struck 5pm..

She got off at 5. It would take 15 minutes for her to get from The Columbia Bank and Trust (she opened Oprah's first checking account) The garage door would open and that phone was where she left it. 😂 😂

Then, there are pictures of myself and my two then babies. All grown up now! Who knew you could love so hard until you give birth or adopt a child! Then my high school cheerleading picture. I look the same but, life happens and knee pains, shoulder pains, foot pains and back pains all equate to having lived a full life. It's not over, I'mma ride this body till God says, "it's time chica.". I heard that's how it happens!!!! 😂

I have my favorite earrings that I got while in Dubai in the cutest wooden bowls that I received as a gift from my almost son-in-law's sister. Thank you again #Esme. I'm so glad she has social etiquette skills. In this day of social media, most folks under 40 don't have any social skill sets.
Yes, I followed up with a thank you note.

So, all I wanted to do today is clean off my nightstand and all of these memories and funny moments popped in my heart!
One thing for sure though.....time and thing can't replace you mommy.

How many of you have those moments in time that spark good memories of someone that you have lost?

What a special day! ♥️
Morgan decided she wanted a whimsical photoshoot while visiting New Zealand from the US. We picked a forest and I was lucky enough to have found a beautiful vintage vibe chair the same day!! So I brought it with me to the photoshoot and it just made it even more special ✨🥹🫶🏼 thank you Morgan for trusting me to capture these incredible photos of you! You are such a beautiful person inside and out. And absolutely nailed this session 🥹✨🤍

Looking sharp isn’t luck.
It’s routine.
A quick haircut refresh.
Beard trim.
Clean lineup.

Just a few minutes every week can completely change your look.

The guys who always look fresh don’t wait until their haircut is ruined.
They maintain it.
Small habits.
Big difference.

Be honest…

The video might be blurry… but the message is clear.

Let’s make some commotion for the goals 🤍✨

When women are serious about their next level, they don’t just talk about it — they plan for it.

@actualized.af gets it. And that’s exactly why we had to get these planners into the hands of women who are ready to elevate, execute, and move with intention.

This isn’t about aesthetics (even though she’s cute).
It’s about clarity. Structure. Forward motion.

If you’re determined to get to your next level, this is your sign.

First impressions are everything 🤍✨

They flipped to the boarding pass cover page and said, “Okay wait… We LOVE this.”

Because it’s not just cute — it’s intentional.
It’s a reminder that you’re not just planning days… you’re preparing to elevate ✈️

That’s what makes us different.

• Goal-setting sheets with real space to think
• Brain dump pages before you schedule
• Structured weekly layouts that keep you focused
• The boarding pass moment — because it’s time to elevate ✈️

We’re not just writing things down.
We’re elevating together 💕
