🥇 1st PLACE CANADIAN NATIONAL PRO QUALIFIER 🇨🇦🏆

Congratulations #TeamDair athlete @daniellekfurlong for placing 1st in her class at her very first open pro qualifier!

Going into this show we had absolutely zero expectations other than to show up, execute the plan and bring the best package we could. The goal was to put ourselves in the mix and see how we stacked up against some of the best. And she did just that 🔥

Not only did she take home 1st in her class but she battled it out for that pro card and ended up as the runner-up!

This is what happens when you trust the process, stay patient and consistently check every single box. No shortcuts. No missed opportunities. Just commitment to the process and trust in the work she was putting in. And that trust paid off better than she could’ve imagined!

While the pro card wasn’t ours this time, I know it will be her time soon! We got some great feedback so now it’s time to execute and come back next time undeniable 😈💪🏻

So proud of the work you’ve put in and the athlete you’re becoming both physically but mentally. This is only the beginning and I know we’re going to keep improving and bring an even better package next time!

Huge congratulations to my athlete @daniellekfurlong for her 1st place finish at the Golden Prarie Cup last weekend 🏆 👏🏻

This year Danielle was on a mission to unlock her potential and bring the best physique she’s ever brought to the stage and she did EXACTLY that 🔥

Months of intentional work, consistency, patience and trusting the process went into creating this version of her. She left no stones unturned this prep giving it her all with every workout, every meal, every adjustment I gave and every check in. Nothing was missed and when it was time to step on stage she delivered!!

I couldn’t be more proud of the work she put in and the athlete she continues to become. She not only transformed her physique this prep but her mindset as well!

This is what happens when you stop wondering “what if?” and decide to find out just how much potential you can unlock 💪🏻 We’re just getting started and she’s already back at work to bring an even better package to nationals in a few weeks 😈🔥

Could not be more proud of @liselle.v and everything she accomplished at her FIRST EVER COMPETITION 👏🏻🏆

🥇 True Novice
🥈 Novice
🥈 Open Class A

The placements only tell a small part of the story… what nobody sees is all the work that went into these placings!

She WORKED for this. Every single check-in, every meal, cardio session, training session, posing practice; she showed up and got it done. Nothing was missed, nothing was half-assed and not once did she complain!

There were hard days, uncomfortable days, days when prep tested her mentally and physically but she still showed up, trusted the process, and executed. That kind of discipline is what makes a champion 👏🏻

For your first time stepping onstage, you handled this prep like a seasoned competitor. You listened, you learned, you pushed and you never stopped working towards the goal.

Congratulations my girl you earned this 🏆 💕

Now it’s time to grow 😈

Two Coaches. One Goal. Your Best Physique.🏆 🔥

What happens when you combine two experienced coaches, two perspectives and one program built entirely around YOU?

You get a level of detail, strategy and accountability that’s hard to replicate with a one coach model.

Jami and I are opening 5 exclusive co-coaching spots this month.

Here’s what that looks like:

💙 Adair handles your day-to-day programming, check-ins, questions, adjustments, communication and support.

💙 Jami focuses on overall physique development, competition strategy, long-term direction and the details that take your package from good to great.

We’re giving you two experienced sets of eyes working together toward the exact same goal.

Both of us bring real-world experience, real athletes and real titles to the table giving you more perspective, more strategy and more precision.

If you’re serious about building your best physique and want a team approach behind you, this is for you!

4 month transformation for first time competitor @myahburns that landed her that Overall Fit Model Win 🏆 🔥

13lb difference between these pictures and 3 inches off her waist!

The goal wasn’t just to get smaller it was to BUILD a better physique by focusing on:

➡️ Lower body fat and more lean tissue
➡️ Tighter and more defined waist
➡️ Rounder and fuller delts
➡️ More glute pop and shape
➡️ A stronger overall stage presence

This is exactly why the process matters. The scale is only one small piece of the picture. The real transformation is in the muscle you build, the conditioning you create and the shape you develop along the way.

This was Myah’s first ever show and she’s already been hard at work to improve this package for her next show in just a couple weeks. Can’t wait for yall to see the next transformation 😈
