POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

💙🩵 First few little photos from show day courtesy of @simonlauphotoca @muscleinsider @zoom_sps

1 week post show & I can’t believe the season has come & gone already 🥺

To be honest it still really has clicked that I DID THAT
I’ve definitely been feeling the post show blues but slowly I’m finding my footing again.

I’m so unbelievably proud of what I brought to @canadian_national_proqualifier & I never would’ve thought I’d place 1st in my class & battle it out for the pro card. LIKE WHAAAAAT

My goal for this show (& this season in general) was to enjoy this show, see how I compare to the best of the best in Canada & hopefully get top 5

WELL I exceeded that goal by a landslide 😭🤯

More thoughts & photos to come so prepare to be sick of me…

I can’t wait for 2027 but until then it’s time to grow 🌱🍑

Just three months ago, I stepped on the Toronto stage and placed 4th in my class.

This past weekend, I stepped on stage with a completely different package and walked away with 1st. 🥇

I’m so incredibly proud of what we were able to improve in such a short amount of time. More shape, more balance, better conditioning, better posing, just a better version of me all around.

Swipe to the end to see my Toronto stage shot from June because the comparison makes me SO proud. Three months between these photos.

Same girl. A whole lot of work in between. 🤍

And still so much more to come.

so many thoughts and feelings to process but i’ll start here:

I CANNOT BELIEVE I JUST COMPETED IN MY FIRST SHOW!! on my 30th birthday!! it feels like a dream and i am so proud of my package adair & i brought to the stage!

🥈true novice (@barebellbarbie DID THAT)
🥇novice b
🥈open c

placing top 2 in larger classes is something i’m extremely proud of. 21 weeks of hard work led me here, but the foot is still on the gas and i’m ready for more!🔥

firstly i want to thank my coach @adairlibbrecht for genuinely being the best. i would not have been top 2 in 3 classes without her guidance and coaching and i am so blessed to have her in my corner! AND WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED!🎉

thank you to my best friends and my @cultfitnesslv family for showing up and cheering me on! it made the stage less frightening knowing you guys were out there supporting me💕

thank you to @fbf_papa_bear , @drewbrannon08 , & @jayybrannon_ifbbpro for being extremely hands on back stage and helping the @fitbodyfusion athletes feel confident and ready!!

thank you to @psampson_1 @sampsonproductions for putting on an INCREDIBLE production! the show ran so smooth and it was so much fun being on stage!🥇

thank you to everyone who has reached out and who has followed along on this journey!🤍 your support was LOUD!

last but not least, thank you to my mom @reneew724 for live-streaming my show, teaching me the importance of never giving up, and being there for me throughout this journey❤️

Visual comparison so you can see what happens when you hire a coach, trust the process, and lock in.

First picture on the left was the end of my improvement phase where I focused on building muscle l. I put on 13lbs and that was not easy.

Picture on the right is 16 weeks later in prep and less than 7 weeks out from my first competition. This hasn’t been a walk in the park either. I’m down 13lbs but look completely different from when I started with my coach in November 2025.

I love these comparisons because it shows what’s possible and what can happen when you commit to the plan.

Locked in and ready to keep going @adairlibbrecht

My life lately consists of long days in the gym, precise adjustments, and watching years of hard work come together across an entire team. Training bodies of this caliber is a massive privilege. When you step into this space, you have to respect the history held in every fiber of an athlete’s journey—it’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly. I wouldn’t want to do anything else. The human body is entirely amazing, and every single one is unique.

Listen. Learn. Adapt. Absorb. Connect. Feel.

I DID THE THING!!!! 🥇✨
25 weeks of prepping for this special day & I’m leaving with what I set out for: to bring a better package to the stage.

Of course leaving with 1st Place in Class C & working for the Overall was such a proud moment & I’m still shook at this placing since this was my first open show 🤩 it has lit the fire in me.

I am so happy with what I brought to stage yesterday! This was 1000% my best look to date. The look was more than I could’ve imagined!! I’d say this was also my best prep to date considering how calm, happy and focused I was throughout.

Thank you to my coach @adairlibbrecht for your support, honesty, guidance, care & knowledge through this prep. This was our first prep together & you saw my vision & brought it to life, & then some. Your attention to detail is impeccable! Twice you were very honest that I was behind & I could’ve let this get to me. I contemplated giving up. But this honesty pushed me & keep true to my “why”.

Thank you to my rock @briehl_fitness for supporting me & continuously encouraging me through the good & bad days. You drove us 8 hours to SK 🙃 I could never do this without you in my corner. I love you to pieces!

Thank you to all my family & friends who continuously stand by me & support me year after year 💕

Thank you to @miz.melina & @goldenprairiecup for putting on THE BEST show I’ve ever been in. The care & detail you put into this show was like no other. It really shows how much you care about the sport & athletes.

Thank you to the @atalogym crew for your encouragement as I worked through this prep.

This was a prep & a show day I’ll never forget 🩵💛

Feedback has been secured & onto Nationals we go 🫡
