Earlier this week I had the privilege once again to produce the Scleroderma Research Foundation’s signature event Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine and we raised more than $1M to help end scleroderma! It’s been a labor of love for me each year, and this cause is incredibly important to me!

Last night, the Beverly Wilshire buzzed with energy and excitement as hundreds of people joined together for one purpose: to end scleroderma.

The Scleroderma Research Foundation is deeply grateful to all of the event's generous friends and supporters, host Jeff Ross, and the incredible performers who donated their time and talent: Fortune Feimster, Matt Friend, Ron Funches, Jay Pharoah, and Lisa Ann Walter, alongside guest co-auctioneer Seth Green and guest presenter Howie Mandel.

The evening’s most moving moment came when TV legend John Stamos took the stage to accept this year’s Bob Saget Legacy Award, remembering his dear friend whose love for this cause still lights the way.

Last week I had the privilege once again to produce the Scleroderma Research Foundation’s signature event Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine at the Edison Ballroom in NYC and we raised more than $1.2 million. As you may know this event and cause means so much to me!

“The energy in NYC's Edison Ballroom was electric, with everyone united for a singular purpose: to end scleroderma.”

We are deeply grateful to our generous donors, host Jeff Ross, and the incredibly talented lineup of performers: Hannibal Buress, Kelsey Cook, Jim Gaffigan, Nikki Glaser, and a special appearance made by Katie Couric and Matt Friend.

This year’s event honored Adam Duritz, of Counting Crows, with the Bob Saget Legacy Award.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible leadership of our event co-chairs: Susan Feniger, Regina Hall, Caroline Hirsch, and Kelly Rizzo. The event was presented in partnership with the New York Comedy Festival, founded by long-time SRF collaborator Caroline Hirsch.”
