Absolutely heart broken 💔 2 years of fighting the battle that finally became too much

You truly were one of life’s good guys, far more than just my step Dad and amazing Grandad to the kids. You’ve always been our voice of reason, my biggest supporter and my safety blanket, really not sure how I’m going to navigate life without you.

You’re now out of the pain and suffering and back with your beloved dogs 🤍 We’ve a bucket load of happy memories to cling to, you’ll always be in our thoughts and never ever forgotten.

Until next time Markus, sweet dreams, love you always, your Ad ❤️ by @adamjkavanagh

The first of the firsts 😢
Today would have been your 66th birthday, what I would give for you to be here celebrating with us 💔

Life isn’t the same without you, needed you more in the last 6 weeks than I ever have, but I like to think it’s you that’s got me out the shit I found myself in by watching over me.

Love and miss you always ❤️❤️ by @adamjkavanagh

Manchester Half Marathon 🏃🏻‍♂️

Got to pace @tcvngh_ around Manchester Half today and she absolutely dug in and got it done. Very proud 💚 she consistently doubts herself and shouldn’t.

Terri even tried to give her number away a couple weeks ago in the gym group when I was flying to Asia, little did she know there was WiFi on the plane!

Also had my mate @papacass1 from the @marshlaneharriers running with us, it’s been a while ❤️

Furthest I’ve run this year and, thankfully, the knee held up alright 🎉

And as always, @_leanne.burgess_ was there supporting us ❤️

A nice little test before the proper training starts in a few weeks… Road to Rome Marathon 2027 🇮🇹🏃🏻‍♂️ by @adamjkavanagh
