2 weeks on from anti-wrinkle treatment with @dr.nahiyeh and I’m really pleased with the results.

Something I’d been noticing for a while, so decided to get it sorted. Smooth forehead, natural look, and a very happy customer 👌

What a weekend 🫶

Led the @adidasrunning x @sohohouse shakeout on Saturday… then took on the @manchestermarathon with @adidasuk on Sunday.

First official marathon in a few years and yeah, they don’t get any easier. Said “never again”… but I’ve said that before 😅

This one was about proving to myself I’ve still got it as I edge towards a certain number 🎂

Big shoutout to @_lina_fit for making me sign up a year ago and being unreal through it all ,next time, we’re getting coffee instead 😂

@iamjustjoe the support, sarcasm & laughs at the start line were exactly what I needed. And yes… I heard you about walking 👀

@jackpaterson.1 thanks for being at the end and waiting 2hrs to see me! Truly means a lot 🫶

Surround yourself with good people, it shows you what you’re capable of ❤️

January: soft launch into chaos.

Prague – main character energy
London – business mode
Manchester – back to reality

Would do it all again tbh.

Saw this one doing the rounds again on insta with everyone’s “honest verdict” so here’s our reaction when @adamnorth_pt and I made this high protein, boiled egg chocolate dessert which everyone says is 10/10.

Watch till the end for my honest verdict 🫠
