Full Body ‘Hyrox’ Circuit

Trying something a little different and stepping out of my comfort zone.

This full body workout follows the @hyroxuk structure!

I wanted to challenge my fitness with a new style of training for me.

If you want to try something a bit more functional and challenge your conditioning give this a go!

1. 500m run
2. Sled push
3. 500m run
4. Sled pull
5. 500m run
6. 1km Row
7. 500m run
8. KB Swings
9. 500m run
10. KB Thrusters
11. 500m run
12. Farmers Carry

No rest periods between exercises…

This was a killer workout and a shock to my system. It was a toned down Hyrox workout for a beginner like me, but I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Thanks @adamnorth_pt for putting me through my paces.

Enjoying working on my back a lot, not easy to build but worth it and hugely beneficial in supporting shoulders, spine, improving posture…

Just jumping into @adamnorth_pt workout and it was a good one.

I guess tomorrow is a push day!

The last week has been awesome. Staff training 💪🏽✅

All of the PT’s have ran sessions for each other and shared their knowledge and areas of expertise

@kevwarwickpt_fevo jumped in and trained with @lisa.outfoxedfitness and the trainers have also ran some Saturday sessions for staff and members that have worked really well and brought a sense of togetherness
