John Pawson designed flagship on Madison for Calvin Klein. That place was a Temple. Designed to impress and hush. Seemingly 25 items of clothing (at most) in all that silent space. I bought a structured patent leather briefcase there once. Definitely a runway bag. Never carried it - just loved it as an object. They don’t make Retail like that anymore.
