✨THE VISION✨
Every movement starts with a vision.
We saw the need to build something bigger. A league that goes beyond the game.

The PlayReady Mission:
📈 Increase attendance
🎯 Improve school retention
🧠 Strengthen social-emotional growth
💪 Expand access to high-quality sports for elementary scholars

🌟 One purpose: Empower the whole child through sports.

This is more than football. This is how we lead, grow, and build legacy — one scholar, one campus, one game at a time.

🎓 3 degrees later, and I still can’t believe it.
Proof that God’s timing is perfect. Everything is aligning for the biggest chapter yet 🙌🏾🔥

POV: One Saturday, 12 teams, 5 schools, and one vision 💭🏈
This is what it looks like to build something from the ground up.

From reffing to resolving conflict, field setup to field-side mentorship the work never stops when you’re planting the foundation for youth sports culture.

The mission is bigger than the game.

📍Welcome to the PlayReady League.

Bringing together Georgia State Men’s Basketball and our K–5 KIPP Soul scholar-athletes for a Ready to Lead court session was bigger than just basketball.

Exposure, Confidence, and showing our kids what’s possible when preparation meets opportunity!

Huge appreciation to the GSU guys for pouring into our youth:
@manos.koveos @christian_beam54 @jakai.newton @jnelitetraining @kwaaams
& the entire program @gsu_mbasketball 🤝

Also shoutout to @gsusaac x @gsu_wbasketball for continuing to show up for our kids and to the women’s basketball athletes who came through and supported as well the presence matters. 💯

Creating real connections between college athletes and the next generation. The impact goes way beyond the court.

Yesterday I had nobody and I tried to do my daughter’s hair and absolutely struggled. I was frustrated beyond words cuz I was trying so hard

Ma dukes helped me out a lot today, but I forced myself to learn.

Organized chaos.

But this is the work I love. Creating space for kids to compete, grow, and believe in themselves.
