🏁 PRIMARY ATHLETICS IS ON THE TRACK. 💨

KIPP PAL Track & Field is here, another chapter in what we’re building through Atlanta’s only school system offering organized primary athletics.

3rd–5th grade scholar-athletes.
School pride. Real competition. Real opportunities. 🏆

Football ➡️ Basketball ➡️ Track & Field.

We’re not waiting until middle school to create these experiences.

Start early. Build bigger.

🏆 Volunteering at Kipp Soul was bittersweet this year as the school prepares to close its doors for good, but the kids left it all on the field with their around the world celebration! 🌎 Shoutout to @adbailey_6 for connecting the dots and leading the charge. #onelastrun

Our first Thrive Thursday was great!

We Ran
We Walked
We Played

We also connected with each other and nurtured meaningful relationships.

S/O to @terkfit for the movement therapy

And

S/O to my brother @liquidwizdom for going out of his way to pull up on us with the premium hydration.

Hope to see you next week! 🔥⚡️

This isn’t just a workout… it’s a space to reset, connect, and move with intention.

We’ve got something for everybody:
Walking & running trails 🏃🏾‍♂️
Calisthenics park 💪🏾
Playground for the kids 🛝
Even a putting green for the golfers ⛳️

Pull up with your family. Bring your people.
Walk, jog, play, or just be present.

Health is better when it’s done together.
Community is the real accountability.

Shoutout to @adbailey_6 , Athletic Director at KIPP Soul Primary, for allowing me and other members of GSU Athletics to come out and spend time with the students. Being able to connect with the next generation and give back to the community means a lot. Opportunities like this remind us how important it is to inspire young athletes and show them what’s possible.

Appreciate the opportunity to represent Georgia State and pour into the youth.

All sports should be used as a personal development platform rather than an opportunity to get material riches.

That will help with a lot of the depression and despair that comes from retirement of sports.

Sports is life’s training ground for athletes.⚡️

Optimal health isn’t complicated.

It’s disciplined.

1️⃣ Sleep quality. Protect your sleep environment.
2️⃣ Go outside. Move your body daily.
3️⃣ Discover the high quality diet that works for your system. (there is no one-size-fits-all prescription.)
4️⃣ Master stress.

In today’s world we’re constantly under attack. From the food, the air, the noise, even certain relationships.

If you don’t manage stress… it will manage you.

Peace isn’t passive.
It’s practiced.
