With 6 closings scheduled for this month, I said, “Let me try to decorate for my own closing!” 😂🏡🎈
I grabbed this $20 Amazon balloon kit and decided to put my decorating skills to the test! Listen… closing day is SO special for buyers because let’s be real—it’s a LOT that goes into buying a home, and I want my clients to feel celebrated when they finally get those keys! 🔑❤️
So I’m adding “part-time closing decorator” to my resume! 😂😂
I watched a few YouTube videos last night trying to improve my technique, so this was my FIRST attempt… and honestly, how did I do?! 👀😂
My client loved it, so that’s really all that matters! 🥰❤️
Realtor life is wearing ALL the hats! 😂 From negotiating contracts to coordinating inspections to decorating the closing table… WE DO IT ALL!
And this is just #1 of many closings this month! 🙌🏽🔑🏡

The feelings my client had when we walked into this home were UNMATCHED. 🥹❤️ The tears, the chills, the excitement… they said they could literally feel that this home was meant for them—and that it was from God. 🙏🏾✨
THIS is why I absolutely love what I do. There is nothing like helping turn someone’s dream into reality, especially when they once thought it wasn’t possible. Watching my clients experience that moment makes every late night, every challenge, every showing, every phone call worth it.
And let me say this: I serve EVERY price point. From investors to first-time buyers to luxury clients—nothing is too small, and nothing is too big. At the end of the day, it’s not the price point that gives me joy… it’s helping people accomplish what they once thought they couldn’t. 🏡❤️
Real estate has had its moments, but I switched up my mindset, got focused, and reminded myself that seasons change. When it’s your season, you have to recognize it, step into it, and give it EVERYTHING you’ve got. 🔥
This weekend’s contract brought me to 10 BUYERS UNDER CONTRACT! 🙌🏾🎉

Slowly making Wednesdays my OFF day again. 🤎
I used to intentionally desire Wednesdays off because, as a Realtor, I’m usually working weekends too. Life happened, schedules changed, and I wasn’t able to keep that day for myself as consistently.

But yesterday? It felt GOOD. ✨

As an entrepreneur, we often work way more than 40 hours a week. We’re always thinking, planning, responding, creating, and building. So having a designated day to pause, reset, and pour back into ME is necessary—not selfish.

Yesterday was a self-care day, and I’m slowly getting back to making Wednesday my day to breathe, recharge, and reset. 🧖🏽‍♀️✨

Life has been GOOD lately! 🤍✨ I’ve been enjoying this season so much that I haven’t even been posting much—but trust me, your girl is STILL working! 🏡💪🏽
One listing closed yesterday, bringing my total to 2 listings CLOSED this month, 2 expired, and several more under contract—with 2 going under contract TODAY! 🙌🏽🎉

And just a reminder: not every home you list will close. That’s simply the reality of this business. But you celebrate the wins, learn from the ones that don’t work out, and keep showing up knowing you gave it your all. ❤️

I’m so grateful for this season, for the lessons, the growth, the clients who trust me, and every door God continues to open.
