Thank you, @michelinguide, for entrusting us with these three stars – stars we share with our San Diego community and all those who have supported and impacted our journey to this moment.

There is a quote that has stood the test of time in Addison – “One can only do well what one loves.” Spoken by the great Frédy Girardet, one of the all time gods of gastronomy, it’s a quote that our team looks at daily. Our unrelenting love for haute cuisine and hospitality has driven us for 16 years; it’s at the heart of everything we do, and why we dared to believe these three stars were possible.

Addison welcomes acclaimed three Michelin star Chef Anne-Sophie Pic for an exclusive two night collaboration with Chef William Bradley this September in San Diego. On September 27 and 28, the chefs will present a multi course tasting menu that marries the elegance of French cuisine with the vibrant flavors of California, with optional sommelier selected wine pairings in Addison’s dining room.
