Edition 001. Closed.

Eight volumes. One room.

For everyone who walked in and treated it like it mattered, you’re the reason it did. You’re in every frame.

You didn’t support a pop-up. You built an institution. The room closes. The library doesn’t, because of you. So stay close!

Thank you to our venue and spirits partners who helped made it possible : @barudetroit @chrisandglori_cocktails

Eight volumes. Every single one of you showed up.

Building something real doesn’t come with a blueprint. It comes with belief and the courage to introduce something to the world before the world is ready for it. That’s what Asante’s Hi-Life Library has been from the beginning.

A sanctuary. A protected space where music is memory and community is EVERYTHING. Thank you all for the endless support!

No invite list. No PR. Just the pull of something authentic that we made together.

Asante’s is not done. This was the residency. What comes next is the institution.

More to come. Stay close - Team Asante’s

Asante’s Residency Vol. 007.

Seven volumes. One room that kept feeling like somewhere new.

That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s community.

Vol. 008 is our last residency at Baru this week. If you’ve been here, you know what to do. If you haven’t, this is your moment, and moments like this don’t repeat.

Thankful for the Tribe. - Team Asante’s

SEVEN volumes in. ONE left after this week.

We built a room to see who would show up.
Turns out, it was a community.

Whether it’s your favorite corner or your very first time, if you’re inside, you believe and belong.

If you know, you’re already in the room.

Forever grateful. See you soon. - Team Asante’s
