Third place 🥉 2026 World championship.

Another Worlds in the books. Recently I’ve seen my resilience pushing through when you think you can’t. I didn’t get the win but it’s all part of the journey. Grateful for everything 🙏🏾

Big thanks to all my training partners and coaches @rogergracieacademy

NO-GI EUROPEAN CHAMPION🥇

Won the superheavy division full of tough fighters. Last year I came here and lost in the first round but got my revenge and now I’m the winner!

Had 4 fights and 4 wins.

Big shout out to @maxbickerton and the @putneybjj boys for coaching and supporting me through the fights, means a lot!

Bitter sweet ending in the final as I popped my ankle badly so couldn’t fight the absolute. But now time for recovery and look to finish the year strong.

Shoutout to my team @grandunionbjj and all the other London gyms I’ve trained at:
@instituteofgrappling
@prometheuscombat
@submission_grappling_club
@london_grapple

And shoutout to @oba_hanson for getting me fit to fight 🏋️‍♀️

Training at RGA over the last few years has been exceptional. I’ve developed a lot and made some great memories here.

Through the trails and tribulations you build strength and character and it shows here.

I’m off traveling for a year plus so will miss these mats and the people that fill it. Will also miss the other gyms in London I train at for always showing great hospitality. 🌎 taken in Roger Gracie Academy HQ by @adefights

Amazing time at the seminar today at @grandunionbjj. It was great to comeback and show techniques I’ve learnt through the years.

We looked at Footlocks: Offence & Defence. There was Drilling, Positional sparring and Q&A (and then more sparring!) A great time was had and feels good to see familiar faces 😄

Thanks to @bjjmindmap for setting this up and @maxlimajiujitsu_ for capturing this. by @adefights

Competed at the 2026 Europeans Championships

Left with Silver 🥈 but more importantly the best I’ve felt competing. Totally different mindset than usual, I felt composed and present out there and enjoyed every moment of it. I really wanted to focus on how I performed this competition and I’m happy with how I felt on the mats. Always room for improvements but this is another step on the journey.

Thanks to all my training partners and coaches @rogergracieacademy and for the support in the day. Back to training we go! taken in Lisbon, Portugal by @adefights

Training with Roger is not only a privilege, it’s soo much fun. I learn so much from him every time we got to war. And even though he beats me (every single time) it’s like I pick up something new each time. He’s helped develop my game a lot and I don’t take it for granted the access we have to his knowledge at RGA.

Until the next round.

Worlds 2025 🌎

This Gi Worlds didn’t go to plan, I didn’t end fighting well at all and lost my second fight. I just felt I couldn’t get my head straight on the day and it showed in my performance. Was a tough loss but these things happen. I’m going to rest, recover and get back to training.
