What a week… 🇫🇷🥇❤️

I’m celebrating all the wins now. However big or small! Although this week has been one of the best!

Winning the Open Class in Paris against some absolute monsters, watching our RGA squad of 15 bring home a team trophy together, and then seeing Arsenal finally lift the Premier League after 22 years… moments like this remind you why you keep going.

Because success rarely happens quickly.

People often see the celebration at the end, but not the years behind it.
The setbacks.
The close calls.
The disappointments.
The times you question yourself.

Because sometimes the biggest moments in life come after the longest waits.

People quit too early.
They stop at the heartbreak.
At the setbacks.
At the “nearly” moments.

But those moments are usually the foundation of something bigger.

Arsenal waited 22 years.
I’ve spent over 10 years grinding on the mats.
Losses. Injuries. Close calls. Doubt. Sacrifice.

And then suddenly… one moment changes everything.

One big win.
One breakthrough.
One moment that completely rewrites your story.

That’s why you keep going.

Because time is going to pass regardless.
The years will move whether you chase your goals or not.

So you might as well take control of your story while you still can.
Bet on yourself.
Push yourself.
See how far you can really go.

One day your older self will look back and thank you for not giving up when it would’ve been easier to quit.
