Coloured last week's flying Diana inspired by Wonder Woman 1984. ❤ Can you tell I want to illustrate a Little Golden Book? Or any picture book actually! 😄

A small collection from the numerous set location backgrounds I painted on Marvel's Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur. 🌕🦖
These were drawn by our talented layout team. The art and design crew put a lot of hard work into this series, and you can find both seasons available to watch on Disney+ by @adelekthomas

One of my favourite things to paint on Marvel's Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur were the musical mixtape sequences and colour cards. I got to play with colour and light like I never had before on an animated series, something I'd wanted to do my entire career. 🌕🦖

Some of my favourite floor and ground shots I painted on Marvel's Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur. 🌕🦖
You got to put in the effort to make a large area work for perspective, with lighting and texture...knowing the majority of it will be covered by character animation.
