This year I’ve worked in 14 kitchens. I try to remember to take a selfie every time I work somewhere new. There’s been good & bad food, toilets, people & kitchens. More fun next year :) by @adi.pastry

Wrote a recipe for my 4” pastéis de nata. It’s not traditional but it is delicious and easy to make. They should probably be shared, but I did eat one all by myself yesterday 🤭

Next supperclub is a super cute one guys✨🌟✨💓🫶🏼💞 ✨🌟✨We’re hosting Adi and Flo’s Dinner of Dreams✨on the 1st of August !

Adi and Flo have been cooking in restaurants around London and beyond for years. They first started to collaborate during their time working at Happy Endings together, which then lead them onto being joint contestants on this year’s Bake Off the Professionals. Between them they have worked for places such as Quo Vadis, Rita’s, Ottolenghi, and with brands like Gucci, Vivienne Westwood and Adidas.

This dinner is their idea of a perfect summer evening, food shared amongst friends (and lots of puddings of course!) outside, in beautiful Bonnington Square.
