In October 2025, I was kindly invited to film the Grounded Gathering. Located in a peaceful Buckinghamshire valley, with a range of guest instructors, the day was filled with peaceful introflection, physical therapy and getting back in-touch with nature. It was a privilage, thank you Grounded Gathering 🙏 #meditation #buckinghamshire #cinematography taken in Ivinghoe Beacon by @admediaproductions

Summer nights are made for photography. Old Blighty doesn’t treat us this well very often. #sunset

You’re craving structure, someone to tell you what to do rather than following random Instagram workouts.

You need a plan to follow which is going to get you results and results quick enough to keep you motivated.

You need accountability for someone to call you out when you’re not working hard enough or skipping gym sessions.

The Chin Up Club solves these problems and a whole load more.

Try us out for 2 weeks free with zero pressure to join after to see if this is exactly what you need.

Free 2 week trial link is in the bio.

This is where it all began…

Elite Transformations started from one simple challenge we set to four women.

We gave them 12 weeks to achieve 10 chin ups (which was bonkers!).

Since then, we’ve grown and helped hundreds of men and women achieve not only their first chin up, but go on to reach 10 and beyond.
Now, we’re excited to introduce the Chin Up Club.

Everything we’ve learned over the years has gone into building this, a clear, structured coaching system that takes the guesswork out of your training and gives you a plan you can actually stick to.

Training, Nutrition, Mindset 💪🧠

In October 2023, I had the honour of capturing @evenflowstudios annual showcase, displaying the skill, strength and talent of both the Evenflow team and the students who wow’d the crowd with their extraordinary moves. This is a small example of some of the acts on display. Follow @evenflowstudios to find out about their next showcase! #pole #poledance #videography #performance #chesham taken in The Elgiva by @admediaproductions
