This is where it all began…

Elite Transformations started from one simple challenge we set to four women.

We gave them 12 weeks to achieve 10 chin ups (which was bonkers!).

Since then, we’ve grown and helped hundreds of men and women achieve not only their first chin up, but go on to reach 10 and beyond.
Now, we’re excited to introduce the Chin Up Club.

Everything we’ve learned over the years has gone into building this, a clear, structured coaching system that takes the guesswork out of your training and gives you a plan you can actually stick to.

Training, Nutrition, Mindset 💪🧠

My routine for the @evenflowstudios showcase. I was sad because I injured myself training and took the month off beforehand, so barely had time to practice and had lost so much strength through my injury too. Still, I managed to do the routine (failed my aerial invert in the warm up!) and loved all the atmosphere and energy in the room. It was such a great night with amazing performers at such high levels. I just hope that I can be back on form by this year's 😭

🤩 I am absolutely buzzing to have just received my official video back from the @evenflowstudios live show!!!!!

I trained 2 hours for 6 days a week for this 2 minute 29 sec performance and I can honestly say it was the first thing in a long time that made me feel proud of myself. 🥰

I somehow went from 'might not perform' to closing the show! 🤣

Discipline, focus, determination, blood sweat and tears got me to this, and I'm very happy with how it went on the night in front of 400 people. 😅 it was a night i'll never forget, and thank you to all my friends and family who attended to support me 😘❤️

Thank you Aaron for the video edit, I love it! 🤩

🖤Evenflow Studios Student Showcase 2023🖤
@evenflowstudios

Filmed and edited by the wonderful @admediaproductions

A mix of my soft delicate side with my silliness/ mad love of The D... this song has my heart (visualising JB and Kage slow-mo running on the beach really helped whenever I got nervous 🤣)

This night will stick with me for many years to come. It was such a magical evening and I'm so unbelievably proud of everyone that put themselves out there and worked their butt's off to create an unforgettable night. I still can't quite get over what a genuinely killer show it was!

When @amberboydenwilson first told us all of her idea of a showcase at the beginning of the year... I had only been poling for about 7 months. I was umming and ahhing for a couple of weeks - but finally my FOMO and pure stubbornness pushed me to send a rather awkward message consisting of lots of 'I don't know if I'll be any good' 'it's probably a stupid idea' etc.

Amber was so encouraging and welcoming of the idea and I will always be so grateful for her kindness. Thank you so much for putting on such a kickass show and getting us all involved 🤍

At that point, I had no real expectations of what I would be able to push myself to do by October... it was tons of hard work, two steps forwards and one step back, the learning curve was huge... but I got to know myself and my pole buddies so much more during this time. I loved our open pole sessions where we pushed and supported one another, lots of laughing and building each other up ❤️

A massive thank you to @mandymoo911202 - you held my hand through making my choreo and gave me the push I needed when I felt like throwing in the towel x

So proud of my routine. I've progressed so much since then - spurred on by what we all achieved that night... I watch this back with such fondness and a new found confidence in myself and my abilities.

Here's to Evenflow showcase 2024... coming back bigger and stronger 💪💥
