Privileged to have had the opportunity to meet @senatorpaulinehanson and march alongside her, together with other proud, patriotic Australians who all share the same love for our country 🇦🇺❤️

Thousands of Australians from all backgrounds and walks of life came together in unity, No violence and No Division, for one common cause and that’s Australia first !

On this day, 9 short years ago, with the help and support of my amazing wife, I checked myself into Moonya drug and alcohol treatment center as my life had become unmanageable. I spent 10 months living away from my family whilst being treated for addiction, depression, ptsd and anxiety. I could not see it at the time but this was the best thing I could have ever done for myself and those who love and depend on me.
Treatment not only kept me alive, it gave me tools to continue the healing process within myself and then continue making amends to my loved ones.
I Thank God for my life today. 9 years on we have just finished building our first ever family home. I try and post each anniversary because it helps keep me accountable to myself and loved ones.
If you are struggling with mental health and/ or addiction I encourage you to take the leap of faith and reach out to someone you can trust so you can start the process of seeking professional help because it works if you’re ready and willing.
I am truly grateful to the few people who rallied around our family during this extremely difficult time.
