Hello current and future clients and friends! My name is Adriana Milko and I am a licensed cosmetologist at @rinseluxurysalon who provides a variety of cuts, color, and styles for all humans! When I’m not making hair related dreams come true, I work in behavioral health (specializing in ERP therapy) and am a mother to two wonderful boys and one terrible cat. These three roles overlap in ways that allow me to do what makes me the happiest: help people! Beyond that: I love art, interior design, thrifting, music, coffee, and, of course, the Rhode Island Football Club! Yes, we’re here to do really good hair, but what happens behind the chair matters just as much to us.

Rinse is a space where artists are encouraged to create, find their own style, share what they know, and cheer each other on while doing it. We believe really strongly in education, staying inspired, and always finding ways to grow into better artists than we were yesterday.

We take our craft seriously, without taking ourselves too seriously.

And for our clients, we want that to translate into an experience that feels a little different. Elevated without being stuffy. Luxury without the pressure. A place where you can settle in, be yourself, trust your artist, and leave with really good hair.

Talented artists who love what they do, in a space that gives them room to do it.

Beginning the (sometimes long) process of gray blending for my friend and home girl @christine_halfway_there💜

Started with two inches of outgrowth -35-40% gray and overly warm blonde throughout…

Yes we finished late, yes we had a good time, and yes it was dark and I struggled to get a great picture, but I wanted to share anyway because the pictures are not always perfect (even if the hair is 💣) and that’s okay! by @adrianamilko
