Hi, I’m Adrienne Jamail, founder of Elevate High Performance Coaching in Grand Haven, Michigan. I work with high-achieving leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams who look successful on the outside but feel burned out, disconnected, or stuck underneath the surface. And I landed here because this was me after nearly 2 decades in Corporate!l America!

Through a blend of leadership coaching, breathwork, and transformational experiences, I help people reconnect to their energy, gain clarity, and lead with purpose, presence, and impact. Someone is waiting on the other side of your YES❤️‍🔥

Three years ago, I wrote down a dream I didn’t fully understand. And honestly, I didn’t believe I was the person to bring it to life.

Then, during breathwork, I had a vision that changed everything 🤯

I realized the dream wasn’t just about me. It was about the people I was meant to serve!

A little behind the scenes from today…

For decades, we’ve invested in helping leaders think better, plan better, strategize better and perform better.

And all of that matters.

But the greatest untapped capacity in our organizations isn’t found in another strategy, framework or annual plan.

It’s found in the HUMAN behind the leader.

Their self-trust. Their emotional intelligence. Their subconscious patterns. Their ability to regulate, connect, listen and lead from a deeper place.

I’m at American Dunes preparing for an executive leadership team offsite tomorrow, and I can’t help but feel excited about the shift I’m witnessing.

Ever have one of those days where everyone and everything is making you a little crazy? Your kids. Your team. Your spouse. Your coworkers. EVERYONE. 😂

This morning was a perfect reminder that even when you 𝘒𝘕𝘖𝘞 the work, you still have to 𝘋𝘖 the work.

I bought Zander this beautiful instrument to help regulate his nervous system. And this morning, the very sound I hoped would bring him peace was driving me CrAzY.🤪

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 ➡️ 𝙈𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙨.

I was rushing, behind on work and carrying stress that had nothing to do with him.

And here’s the why it matters:
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗔𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. 𝗔𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. 𝗜𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀.

The moment everyone around you becomes irritating is the exact moment you need to stop looking around and start looking WITHIN.

We talk so much about increasing our capacity to DO more. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘉𝘌 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦?

More pressure without reacting.
More uncertainty without spiraling.
More responsibility without abandoning ourselves.

Today has felt like a day of reckoning. An awakening. A remembering. And after many tears and feeling of contraction, this downloaded into my journal based on a prompt a few days ago from @homaya in Gold Mine.

✨𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄?✨

𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 is creating a life of centered and calm. It is creating financial freedom for my family. It is waking up to slow mornings centered on creativity and God’s creation.

Feeling the flow of life moving with me and through me.

Not constantly rushing from one place to the next, but pausing to smell the flowers, to witness the leaves, to feel the sunshine.

From this energy all things are possible.

Less doing, more being.
Less consuming, more creating.
Less needing, more giving.
Less driving, more relaxing.
Less earning, more receiving.
Less achieving, more ascending.
Less grind, more flow.
Less hustle, more ease.

𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Not showing them all I earned by being away from them and constantly stressed.

Showing them that we received 𝗮𝗹𝗹 we needed by trusting and dancing with life.

More dancing in the living room.
More home cooked meals together.
More walks in nature.
More making art together.
More time looking into each other’s eyes than looking into our screens.

My 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 is letting my own inner child play. She missed out on so much fun. (𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵)

I want my work to be play.
I want parenting to be play.
I want life to feel like the playground that it is meant to be.

I am tired of running. I am ready to 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄, because this is 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 ❤️

And these two are my why. I want them to live from more trust and less fear. More flow and less hustle.

This beautiful girl made me a momma 12 years ago🥹❤️ Happy birthday to my beautiful Audrey!

I looked at this photo and immediately found myself praying for the life ahead of you…

🙏May you always choose the places that bring peace to your heart and the waters that ground you, hold you and remind you who you are.

🙏May you surround yourself with people who are like the rocks beneath your feet. Steady. Safe. True. People who give you the freedom to be your fullest, brightest, most authentic self while loving and respecting you exactly as you are.

🙏And most of all, may you deeply love yourself. May you look in the mirror and see what I see. Not flaws to fix or pieces to change, but the miraculous human being God created so intentionally.

There is so much in this world that will try to tell a girl who she should be. My prayer is that you always remember: You were worthy before the world ever had an opinion. ❤️

Keep sharing your kindness, your sweetness, your strength and your beautiful light. This world needs more of it✨
