I share this because I am working through this exact challenge right now, and I have over and over for the last few years.

I had a powerful conversation with my spiritual mentor @homaya today and there were so many epiphanies around my own self doubt 🤯

We must remember that as we do this work of self evolution, we must first recognize and appreciate ourselves or the outside-in recognition + celebration will mean nothing. We may crave it to prove our worth, but self-satisfaction + self-love must come first.

You know you’re not giving it to yourself if you recieve the compliment and you think, really? You see that in me? And then you start the questioning. This was eye opening for me today and this is why I invest in my own growth and mentorship. We are never done expanding and growing.

I am honored to be in mentorship with the most highly conscious and embodied women I know. So as I get ready to head back to the House of Becoming with @thetracylitt and @the_schoolofbecoming I meet myself with deep gratitude for the woman who climbed so many mountains to land in these photos ⛰️

It has been a beautiful, hard, expansive journey and I see how every moment has led to her showing up in front of the camera.

So as much as my mind and my nervous system want to choose comfort, I choose expansion💥

What do you choose? Or even better… what are you ready to choose?

But what about when that message never comes?

The promotion. The award. The contract. The invitation to the next level.

We spend so much of our lives waiting for someone else to say:
✅“YES! You’re ready. You earned it. We choose YOU!”

But how many high-performing leaders are spending YEARS waiting for someone else to recognize their value, validate their potential or give them permission to move forward?

➡️When did we put so much of our power in someone else’s hands?

Your boss. Your clients. Your organization. Your family. Your partner.

I want to remind you that you can’t always control whether someone chooses you, but you CAN choose yourself!

You can advocate for yourself, create new opportunities, redefine success and decide you’re ready before anyone else agrees.

Your next level isn’t something someone gives you. It’s something you CHOOSE to step into💥

Stop waiting for permission to become the leader you already know you’re capable of being! You will get the YES when you embody your next level.

If you’re ready to claim your next level drop a 🔥 below!

Someone is waiting on the other side of your YES❤️‍🔥

Three years ago, I wrote down a dream I didn’t fully understand. And honestly, I didn’t believe I was the person to bring it to life.

Then, during breathwork, I had a vision that changed everything 🤯

I realized the dream wasn’t just about me. It was about the people I was meant to serve!

Yesterday, sitting at American Dunes with a leadership team, I experienced another full-circle moment💫

I wouldn’t have been in that room if the version of me in 2023 hadn’t finally trusted the calling and taken the first step.

And that’s my invitation to YOU today.

That dream you’ve been carrying? The one you keep questioning, postponing or convincing yourself you’re not ready for?

💥Take the step💥

You don’t need to see the entire path to begin walking it.

And you never know whose life might change because you finally said YES. ✨

Yesterday I told you a shift was happening in leadership.

Today, I watched it happen. ❤️‍🔥

After a full day of strategy, alignment and planning with an executive leadership team, we got out of our heads and into our bodies with RESET Breathwork®.

And you could FEEL the energy in the room shift.

The response… “More of THAT, please!”

This is the future of leadership development. Not choosing between business strategy and human transformation, but embracing BOTH.

Because when we expand the capacity of the leader, we expand what’s possible for the entire organization.

Expand the leader. Expand the business. 🔥

✨ Ready to bring this experience to your leadership team? Let’s connect!

A little behind the scenes from today…

For decades, we’ve invested in helping leaders think better, plan better, strategize better and perform better.

And all of that matters.

But the greatest untapped capacity in our organizations isn’t found in another strategy, framework or annual plan.

It’s found in the HUMAN behind the leader.

Their self-trust. Their emotional intelligence. Their subconscious patterns. Their ability to regulate, connect, listen and lead from a deeper place.

I’m at American Dunes preparing for an executive leadership team offsite tomorrow, and I can’t help but feel excited about the shift I’m witnessing.

We’re making space for BOTH. The strategy and the human transformation beneath it.

Because when we expand the capacity of the leader, we expand what’s possible for the entire organization.

This isn’t about abandoning traditional leadership development. It’s about going deeper and unlocking the human potential we’ve barely begun to tap into.

This is the next era of leadership. And I’m here for it! ❤️‍🔥

✨ If your leadership team is ready to go beyond traditional development and unlock what’s already within your people, let’s connect.

Ever have one of those days where everyone and everything is making you a little crazy? Your kids. Your team. Your spouse. Your coworkers. EVERYONE. 😂

This morning was a perfect reminder that even when you 𝘒𝘕𝘖𝘞 the work, you still have to 𝘋𝘖 the work.

I bought Zander this beautiful instrument to help regulate his nervous system. And this morning, the very sound I hoped would bring him peace was driving me CrAzY.🤪

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 ➡️ 𝙈𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙨.

I was rushing, behind on work and carrying stress that had nothing to do with him.

And here’s the why it matters:
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗔𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. 𝗔𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. 𝗜𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀.

The moment everyone around you becomes irritating is the exact moment you need to stop looking around and start looking WITHIN.

We talk so much about increasing our capacity to DO more. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘉𝘌 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦?

More pressure without reacting.
More uncertainty without spiraling.
More responsibility without abandoning ourselves.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 ❤️‍🔥 And that’s where I’m going with my content on this page.

✨ Want to create more capacity without doing more?

I’m creating a free 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 guide with 5 shifts to help you lead with greater clarity, energy and intention.

Comment 𝘾𝘼𝙋𝘼𝘾𝙄𝙏𝙔 if you’d like a copy when it’s ready!

And special shout out to @yourhandsonfire beautiful creation ✨🎶✨

Some nights are more than events. They remind you what happens when a community shows up.

Last night, people showed up for @wedgwoodcs , for kids and families, and for a mission rooted in hope, healing, and the love of Jesus.

Ashlee shared her story with incredible courage and heart. Madison, another former resident, returned and prayed over the room. @marandatv guided the evening with warmth and grace. @teamvoyagepictures helped tell Ashlee’s story through a powerful film, while @creativedaytech and @moderndaycollective created a space that felt beautiful, meaningful, and worthy of the stories being shared.

And behind it all were people giving, serving, sponsoring, creating, praying, inviting, and believing.

That is the beauty of a night like this.

No organization creates it alone. A community does.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Thank you to our colleagues who show up every day and provide excellent care, impact lives, and extend God’s love. Thank you to the A-team for your vision, your attention to detail, and your commitment to Wedgwood’s mission.

God is faithful — in the wind and the rain.☔️
And this community is extraordinary.🩵🧡💛💚

Trigger warning for coaches married to their rigid 12-step process… 😬

💥Humans are not standardized processes💥

Frameworks are useful. Methodologies are useful. Structure is useful.

But the moment the process becomes more important than the person in front of you, we’ve missed something.

Different humans need different questions, different support, different challenges and different tools at different moments.

The work isn’t knowing one perfect process and applying it to everyone.

The work is knowing people well enough to recognize what THIS human needs right now.

You are not a cookie-cutter human and your personal development shouldn’t be either!❤️‍🔥

💡Maybe the next version of you isn’t a new version at all.

We spend so much of our lives becoming who we think we’re 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 to be.
✔️The 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘧𝘶𝘭 one.
✔️The 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 one.
✔️The 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 one.
✔️The 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘥 one.
✔️𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁.

The work isn’t to add another layer. It’s to shed the expectations, patterns, armor and identities that no longer belong so more of 𝘠𝘖𝘜 can come through.

𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘸.
