This experience was a dream come true!

I saw an Opus Soundbed 3 years ago and knew I wanted to try it then but the timing and circumstances weren't right.

Last week, my friend and the founder of @tachyontorch, @adriennec2 invited me to be the first person to experience this powerful medicine at the Group Tachyon space in Mint Hill.

Of course I said YES, PLEASE!!

For now, I'll leave you with a list of things I've been putting off for weeks, months, or years that I accomplished this week after my Opus+Tachyon experience!

Decluttered bathroom closet
Created a new laundry system (ADHD friendly)
Deep cleaned shower / tub
Replaced toilet seat
5 loads of laundry
Cut grass in front yard (going on 3 weeks)
Cut grass in 1/2 of backyard
Deep cleaned guest bathroom
Deep cleaned kitchen counters
Connected with several new clients

This is in ADDITION to teaching 2 Stress Reset classes every day.

When my body is in stress, Freeze is the conditioned response. And I'm still in Freeze more often than I like to admit. It can be frustrating.

For me to get all of those things done in 2 days was almost impossible to believe. (If my mom sees this, she'll agree! 🤣)

Today we met for our very first virtual Abundance Book Club. 🤍📚

And I left feeling so excited about what this could become.

A space for women to connect.
To explore new ideas together.
To have meaningful conversations.
To remind each other that there is always another way to see what’s possible.

Not another thing to achieve or keep up with.

Just a community of women intentionally choosing to see + experience life through the lens of abundance. ✨

And I can’t wait to watch this community grow.

Follow me for a day in my life…✨

I started my morning with a beautiful yoga session at @thehealinglotus111 with Kerianne.

After breakfast and a shower, I drove from Fort Mill to Mint Hill to experience the newest addition to my friend Adrienne’s tachyon chamber—an OPUS sound bath.

And oh my gosh…it was absolutely worth the drive. 🌀

The sound bath was a full sensory experience that grounded me almost instantly. Combined with the energy of the tachyon chamber—which Adrienne describes as a powerful space for expansion and manifestation—it was SO good. I already can’t wait to go back! 🧲

Next, I headed to @rawcrunchandcoffee to prepare for a presentation I’m giving at Lake Norman later this week and check in with my WhatsApp coaching clients.

We can’t pour from an empty cup. The more I nourish myself into overflow, the more beautifully everything else in my life unfolds.

Not every day looks exactly like this, but I fill my cup as often as I can.
