What happens when a room full of women gathers to dream bigger—and speak those dreams as though they are already done? ✨

Last week’s Manifest Lunch was everything I hoped it would be…and so much more.

We slowed down.
We connected.
We celebrated what is already here.
And we claimed what we are ready to experience next.

One of my favorite moments was hearing each woman share what she is celebrating one year from now—as if it has already happened.

Not “I hope…”

Not “Maybe someday…”

But “I am so thankful and grateful that…” 🤍

Because expansion begins when we allow ourselves to see it, feel it and create safety for the possibility of it—before the evidence arrives.

I am so deeply grateful for every woman who brought her energy, her openness and her dreams into this room. You made this afternoon incredibly special.

And to the beautiful women and businesses who helped me create every thoughtful detail—from the flowers and sweets to the meaningful gifts—thank you. This experience was more magical because of you. ✨

Here’s to everything we wrote down coming true…and to celebrating it together one year from now. 🥂

If you’ve been craving spaces like this—spaces where you can slow down, connect deeply and give yourself permission to dream bigger—connect with me so I can share more about what’s coming. ✨

Our next Manifest Lunch is planned for early December. Comment MANIFEST and I’ll make sure you’re among the first to receive the details. These intimate experiences tend to fill quickly. 🤍

Today we met for our very first virtual Abundance Book Club. 🤍📚

And I left feeling so excited about what this could become.

A space for women to connect.
To explore new ideas together.
To have meaningful conversations.
To remind each other that there is always another way to see what’s possible.

Not another thing to achieve or keep up with.

Just a community of women intentionally choosing to see + experience life through the lens of abundance. ✨

And I can’t wait to watch this community grow.

Next month we’re reading Theo of Golden by Allen Levi — and you’re invited!

Comment ABUNDANCE and I’ll send you all the details. 🤍

Follow me for a day in my life…✨

I started my morning with a beautiful yoga session at @thehealinglotus111 with Kerianne.

After breakfast and a shower, I drove from Fort Mill to Mint Hill to experience the newest addition to my friend Adrienne’s tachyon chamber—an OPUS sound bath.

And oh my gosh…it was absolutely worth the drive. 🌀

The sound bath was a full sensory experience that grounded me almost instantly. Combined with the energy of the tachyon chamber—which Adrienne describes as a powerful space for expansion and manifestation—it was SO good. I already can’t wait to go back! 🧲

Check it out here: @tachyontorch @adriennec2

Next, I headed to @rawcrunchandcoffee to prepare for a presentation I’m giving at Lake Norman later this week and check in with my WhatsApp coaching clients.

This is a newer offering, and I am freakin’ loving it. You get me at my absolute best—regulated, energized and loving life! And right now, when you join my signature program, Power of Ease, you’ll receive six weeks of private coaching with me for FREE.

Finally, I wrapped up the day with my second Biofield Tuning session with Tammy of @energeticapothecary . I felt so much move energetically—and Tammy’s work literally gives me goosebumps.

If you’re local—especially if you’re a healer or practitioner yourself—I highly recommend following and experiencing each of these incredible women. 💛

We can’t pour from an empty cup. The more I nourish myself into overflow, the more beautifully everything else in my life unfolds.

Not every day looks exactly like this, but I fill my cup as often as I can.

It’s one of my greatest secrets to productivity, service and success: taking radical care of myself so I can give from overflow and not depletion. ✨

This experience was a dream come true!

I saw an Opus Soundbed 3 years ago and knew I wanted to try it then but the timing and circumstances weren't right.

Last week, my friend and the founder of @tachyontorch, @adriennec2 invited me to be the first person to experience this powerful medicine at the Group Tachyon space in Mint Hill.

Of course I said YES, PLEASE!!

Watch the video for highlights.

I'll be offering 1:1 Fascia Sessions with this incredible technology. Reach out if interested.

I'll post more about my results.

For now, I'll leave you with a list of things I've been putting off for weeks, months, or years that I accomplished this week after my Opus+Tachyon experience!

Decluttered bathroom closet
Created a new laundry system (ADHD friendly)
Deep cleaned shower / tub
Replaced toilet seat
5 loads of laundry
Cut grass in front yard (going on 3 weeks)
Cut grass in 1/2 of backyard
Deep cleaned guest bathroom
Deep cleaned kitchen counters
Connected with several new clients

This is in ADDITION to teaching 2 Stress Reset classes every day.

When my body is in stress, Freeze is the conditioned response. And I'm still in Freeze more often than I like to admit. It can be frustrating.

For me to get all of those things done in 2 days was almost impossible to believe. (If my mom sees this, she'll agree! 🤣)

Follow me @purplefasciafairy if you're into feeling better and living life as your best self.

Another exceptional encounter at @sincerelyteahouse 🥰 (even ran into @teahouseeventswithnat Natalie, and Damien and John as well!) It made my heart 💗 happy to catch up with @hg_lightnlove at @tachyontorch - and then this magical place too. ✨ 🌀 💜 🍵 🏡

Honestly, having @adriennec2 with @tachyontorch read and interpret my human design for me made me feel more confident in my operating system

I am someone who takes invitations literally and where if you’re not specifically inviting me I’m not feeling wanted

I am someone who gives my two cents even when it’s not asked for but it’s in the other persons best interest

I am someone who gets into a creative flow and when I’m not in flow it’s like pulling teeth

Human design gives you a better understanding as to why you are the way that you are

Not as a crutch
As a way to make decisions and live life with less friction

I highly recommend you download your human design chart (linked in the show notes) and follow along as Adrienne breaks down every part of it for every person in episode 162 of How To Twenty-Something

On Spotify or Apple Podcasts

If you’re anything like me then you’ve probably also wondered why you are the way that you are

How you think
How you make decisions
Even how you manage productivity

Well, Episode 162 of How To Twenty-Something invites on @adriennec2 with @tachyontorch to give me and my listeners a human design reading!

This clip describes human design the best: it’s simply another tool in your toolbox to better understand how you operate in this world

Adrienne even left a gift in the show notes where you can download your own human design chart and follow along the episode based off of your own reading!

I highly recommend you give this one a listen, just don’t forget to click the link in the show notes first

It can be tough building a business, especially when you're doing it solo.

I'm grateful for friends like these who are willing to walk this path of entrepreneurship together!

We met for some body-doubling cowork today and it was great!

Check out our businesses!!

I was able to get a few things done that have been on my To Do list for a while.

The accountability of groups like these is not overt , and I believe that's why they are successful. There's no pressure, just reassurance that you truly are not in this alone.

If you're curious about what I'm building, check out the link in my bio. It's pretty epic. 💜

Live, In Person Stress Reset group classes are now scheduled for the last Sunday of each month in Mint Hill. Cost is $20 for a full hour of Fascial Maneuvers with personalized coaching by me in real time. I look forward to seeing you there!

Soon, I will be teaching Stress Reset classes in person in Mint Hill.
