Addform is far more than just setting you a training plan.

There are so many more benefits from being part of a coaching setup and team.

Make friends along with getting knowledge and information from decades of racing experience. This also gives you access to other services that would be hard to get from an A.I. by being part of the ADDFORM team.

If this is something you are looking for to help you meet your aims, along with break personal bests in 2027, then get in touch! by @aduggleby

The trails now turning to mud.

Might be my last gravel ride for a while.

Slipping and sliding all over, but the 50mm tyres keeping me upright, just about! by @aduggleby

I've really enjoyed battering it around on the @giantbicycles Revolt gravel bike recently from @vivele_velo

Got some mega @lightbicycle gravel wheels from @rogue.cyclingclub. 32mm internal carbon wheels with 50mm @continental_bicycle Dubnitals on them. Good all rounder and actually not even that slow on the road!

Even made myself a front mech spacer on the 3d printer so that the tyre clears the front mech. Yes, I probably will go 1x eventually, but this was a good solution to make it work for now.

Makes a change from the TT and road bike and best bit is you hardly see a car on the tracks and bridleways. by @aduggleby

Great to be involved with the first @gravel_north event

Few things to smooth out before a full blown event but amazing routes and company.

The roads and trails in the highlands were great for the gravel bike. First time doing it properly for me and a few issues with my bike, lessons learnt.

Even got to tick off another @100climbschallenge Bealach na Ba, was brutal weather up there but had to be done!

Looking forward to next year and thanks to @katerinakaramani and @_graham_pearce for the opportunity to be part of this. by @aduggleby

Great few days at the @thetourofbritain

Thanks to @weareheyca @luke11campbell for the invite to the Hull - Beverley stage

Thanks to @chajoiner and @britishcycling Georgie for the invite to talk at the Helmsley - Leyburn stage!

Great days out with @sophieduggleby

Met some good people and had some great chats with friends new and old!

Nice to see the Wolds, Moors and the Dales all show cased in a world class event! Hopefully it won't be long before more cycle racing is back in the region. by @aduggleby

The National 10 today really hasn't gone well.

As some of you know, I have suffered with tachycardia during some efforts over the last 4 or 5 years. Only occurring maybe 3x a year.

Today I made a risky decision to take a caffeine gel. This I believe set off my tachycardia during the 10 today. As you can see from the graph. This cost me a lot of time and to be honest I probably should have just stopped.

Then after the event, someone made a complaint about me, as my dad had watched me on course on his motorbike. He has supported me ever since I started 30 years ago. He did go past and stand cheering me on by the side of the road a couple of times and this has led to a disqualification.

CTT events are in decline in support especially from younger riders. Families want to support and cheer on their children. Although, technically passing riders on course could be seen as trying to assist, I can say 100% my dad has no intention of trying to assist. He purely wants to just see me race. I think given only one person complained and having never had a complaint about this before, it didn't deserve a DQ.
I had an awful ride, and yes I was the fastest over 40, but by nearly 2 min. I think the DQ is out of proportion and doesn't sit well with me, when the juniors and under 40s already aren't participating already. The sport doesn't need this.

I also have ran 3 events for the CTT this year and competed at almost every national event for 10+ years. This isn't really the thanks I should receive for something I had no control over and my dad just wants to see me race. No warning or evidence, just someone saying he "followed" me on his motorbike.

Anyway. I didn't lose anything particularly. Just feel like it was a totally over the top decision. by @aduggleby

Great ride today in the ECCA 50

I did a PB by about 3minutes setting the 4th fastest time anyone has done in the UK.
1hr 31min 47sec. Average speed 32.7mph.

This is also a National Veteran CTT record, over 40s!

I felt like the first 30mile went well then the final 20miles were a bit of a slog but to do a ride like I did I have to be happy with the result.

This time goes towards a National competition that includes 10,25, 50 and 100miles, this sets me up to hopefully win that this year.

I've got the National 10 mile TT to come but it's not really been a target but I'll give it a good go.

📹 @mikewatson9991 thanks for the video. by @aduggleby

Another year, another National 25 mile TT

Actually really happy how I rode, after some pretty terrible rides in the last two weeks so happy to get a good ride out when it mattered.

Unfortunately missed a medal by just 1 second!

Not too disappointed though as I rode well and still got fastest Veteran cos I'm now over 40.... yeah I know I don't act it. by @aduggleby

Today @_chriswilkins22 and I managed to win the Time Trial at the Paracycling Nationals after yesterday's 2nd place!

Think Darley Moor suits us a bit more than some of these town centre stop start TTs!

Not seen the results yet but was told we won by about 20 seconds.

The wins you get when you least expect it feel the best. Really thought we were going to be 2nd today so a happy surprise to find out we'd won. by @aduggleby

Paracycling Nationals with @_chriswilkins22

Poor turn out, with only 3 men's tandems and one women's.

20min in @chris_mcd246 and @jjzarchibald caught us a bit off guard, as I honestly didn't expect an attack for another 20min.

We didn't quite get on and spent 30min chasing at 10sec and with 4 laps to go it was down to 5sec, but we just couldn't bridge and the gap started extending again.

The girls @jennyholl_ and @unwinsophie did well hanging on to us the whole way and I let them beat us in the sprint.... honest....🤣 by @aduggleby
