A late morning run 🤝 SaltWTR electrolytes

I actually really love running with either the SaltWTR Mixed Berry flavour or the Raspberry flavour in my bottle.

The Mixed Berry flavour is your standard electrolyte mix PLUS beetroot and cordycepts extract for a clean energy function. This is my daily go-to / favourite function of the pack!

But the Raspberry flavour has added L-Glutamine and B-12 to help with recovery and this sachet I’ll add to my flask when I go for any easy run over an hour and just sip on it throughout and I always feel amazing afterwards so 10/10 recommend! by @adventure_annene

Sometimes all you need is to get in the car, drive for 6 hours, 80% of it on a dirt road, with no signal, surrounded by the most beautiful scenery, stay in the most incredible place, and just do ✨ nothing ✨

I recently saw a reel (could be a trend) that said “life is really just losing your spark and getting it back again on repeat” and July really was all about the little reminders of how much a sunrise mission, a weekend away, flowers, my girls, running with Jonathan and time alone means to me.

So yay to all the adventures and people in July that made me realise what really matters 🧡 Looking forward to August and all the new memories and moments it will bring!! by @adventure_annene

My cup is overflowing 🌸🌼

- 2 incredible weekends away with @jonathan.c.b
- 2 weekends of no signal (so necessary to do a detox every now and then but hard when it’s part of your job)
- Finally enjoying running again and back to double digits with working knees 😅
- @lando back on the top step 🧡

Sometimes the BEST adventure is one where you literally just need to pack your clothes and the rest is already taken care of 💃🏼

That’s exactly what @holligo.za offers. Every single thing that you could possibly need is thought of, packed and ready to be used 🤩

Setting up took only a couple of minutes and packing up felt like it was even less. Such a nifty setup for a quick weekend getaway!! Highly recommend 🧡 by @adventure_annene
